Jason Wall DDS PA Knickerbocker

I was met by professionals at the time of my arrival until I left the Dr. Wall Clinic. I do thank all of the young women that he has overseeing my care. Dr. Wall spend less then 10 minutes with me looking over the results that his nurse enter into the computer with listening to his nurse and before he left, he examine my teeth. Dr. Wall has a great team of professional women and I plan to go back for another exam and cleaning in six months. I am very happy with his clinic. I am glad that the VA allowed me to go to Dr. Wall Clinic for my dental work.

My husband is the patient. All the staff is very polite, friendly and caring. Dr. Wall made him feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly to both of us. Beautiful office.

Wonderful staff and a beautiful office! Everyone from the front office to the providers were incredibly friendly and helpful. Scheduling, insurance verification, and filling out new patient paperwork was very simple and straightforward. Ashley, one of the dental hygienists, did an excellent job making me feel comfortable while also providing thorough care. Dr. Wall is honest, kind, and spends time with you to make sure you understand recommendations for treatment. As a dental hygienist myself, I am very impressed by the entire staff here!

The hygienists in the office are so very through. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Wall Is gentle and takes care of his patients. We are very confident that we are receiving the best care possible and only essential treatments at an affordable cost. We always feel as if we are getting special treatment.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! Maribel, my hygienist was so professional and explained everything so well. Dr. Wall made me feel at ease and examined me thoroughly. Everyone made me feel like I was valued as a patient.

It took me a year to finally get the VA to give me dental I had a scheduled appointment at 2pm with the Dr. I was running late they called me I said I was tied up but before I could finish what I was saying the woman of the other end starts to tell me about the 48hr cancel policy I tried again to speak she cut me off saying they would report it as a cancel no show to the VA and I would have to wait again for approval from the VA to be seen. I have two teeth broken off and in half at the gum line another one has a large cavity that grows weekly. I don't need to wait around for more time. If she would of let me finish I was trying to say I got tied up but I am on my way" instead she became rude. I guess they don't like veterans at walls.

My 3rd attempt to in 2 months to find a dentist that I could trust and feel good about this is the ONE very pleased !

Excellent personal patient care provided. Provided me with the information of why a orthopedic surgery would require dental clearance prior to surgery. I may not agree but they were very accommodating in listening to my outburst I greatly thank them. We will carry through with needed care with Dr Wall and his team.

The staff and Dr Jason Wall have the best customer service and always make you feel welcome, cared about, and important. They really care for the customer not only as a customer but as a fellow person with feelings and emotions, not just a random paying fly-by non-important person. Not only that but I believe the work performed on the teeth is great too, as well as partial dentures shape, size of partial's teeth, etc. Two thumbs up 👍👍. Keep up the good work and however the staff is trained, don't stop the good training! Thank you all for all you do!

I have been going to Dr. Wall since he first came to San Angelo. Everyone at his office are friendly and always make your visits pleasurable. They are concerned with your dental health and always make sure you are informed about what they are doing and what you should do to keep your teeth in good shape.
