Dr Chou and staff took their time with my elderly father. They made him feel like he was the only patient they had that day! We have already referred friends and family to Dr. Chou after our visit yesterday!

If you have implants, do yourself a favor and see Dr Chou. I have a complicated case and he has been the most knowledgeable dentist Ive ever seen. He was even able to do things that other dentists considered impossible. You can tell he truly loves his craft and his patients. Cant thank you enough Dr Chou!

Went in as a new patient. Jessica was wonderful, checked with my insurance coverage, informed me the details before anything was to be done. Michelle, the dental hygienist explained each procedure and checked my comfort level throughout each step. Dr Chou did the follow up, all good! Scheduled six month check up - the entire staff was professional, courteous and kind!

They are efficient, kind and very good at what they do. Donna did my initial cleaning, x-ray and check up. She was very attentive and made sure to ease any nerves of mine throughout the entirety of the appointment.

Dr. Chou, Sarah, Eric and Jessica were awesome. They took their time to listen to my symptoms then thoroughly explained the course of treatment for me. We did part of the work immediately to relieve my tooth pain and scheduled me for future treatments that i elected to have done. Great job! Professional and friendly service. I DO NOT feel like just a number like I have at other dental places. My parents spoke highly of their experience here as well. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Downtown Dentistry is first class. High quality workmanship from a caring group of very nice people. Plus Dr. Richter is an old Navy guy that likes baseball, what more could you ask for?
They offer a nice plan now, $225 for two cleanings and x-rays. I took it.
