Needed a dentist for my 90 year old mom who was moved to texas from Oregon last year as she had broken a tooth. Also had to be one who took her insurance. Not only did Bri at the front desk go through multiple hoops to verify moms insurance she did it all with a smile! Dr Morchat walked me through what she felt was the best option for moms tooth and helped me make the decision based on moms age. Decision made and they were able to take care of preparing and creating a crown to take care of everything in one visit! They were so gentle and patient with mom being very hard of hearing, legally blind and having altzheimers. Every person we encountered was kind, patient, professional and helpful. So glad I found the best place for moms dental care!

I had been having excruciating tooth pain for about three to five days before I visited yesterday. The pain was so bad that I couldn't sleep and 4x medicated oragel, that oil you put on your teeth to numb them, and over the counter medicine did nothing to help.
My wife called Leon Springs Modern Dentistry yesterday and they were able to squeeze me in as an emergency after four other places couldn't see me. When we got there, I only waited a few minutes before going back to see the Dr. Morchat.
X-rays confirmed that I had a serious infection below my tooth and I was given Novocain to help quell the pain. She gave me a prescription for steroids and antibiotics and told me to come back at 8am the next day.
The extraction and bone graft only took about 45 minutes and after insurance, the bill was much smaller and they worked with
me to set up a payment plan for the balance.
I plan on using this office for all my dental work in the future, despite it being a fair commute from where I live. The staff and Dr. Morchat were all friendly, compassionate, and attentive. I can't recommend this business enough.

After years of avoiding dental work, pain told me it was time to find a dentist. I did “my own research” and came to my first appointment with A LOT of questions. Dr. Morchat took her time to explain to me all of my options, which included the pro’s and con’s and the “whys”, which I really appreciated! I felt good knowing the treatment she provided was in my best interest and I was not pushed into being over treated. She was very patient, skilled, gentle, and conscientious in her approach from the consultation to the work she did on my teeth. The whole staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I knew what to expect from the treatment to the payment. Also, the dental hygienist, Jessica, is a PRO with the suction! Wow, such a relief to not worry about swallowing saliva for a change! Overall, I’m going to keep my regular cleaning appointments, because of the positive experience I had at Leon Springs Modern Dentistry! I’m so glad I chose to go here! Highly recommend!

Appointment was for a routine cleaning at 1300 and didn’t leave until 1600. I’m a power lifter with big arms and need large cuffs for accurate blood pressure reading. The dentist used small cuffs and needed the assistance to hold the cuff on my arm so it would not come off when being pumped. Real unprofessional. I was told I needed deep cleaning which didn’t seem much more than a routine cleaning at other places. I didn’t even get a floss on my teeth at the end of it all. The worst part is after two hours of being numbed, I still can’t feel my bottom lip and my lower jaw nerves. I hope I don’t have nerve damage. I won’t be going back. On the plus side, the staff was friendly.
