Time for my cleaning. As always I was greeted warmly at the front desk and my Hygienist Michelle was right on time. She is wonderful. She gets to know her patients and takes notes on the little things to make the process quick & painless. Dr. Ramirez came by to do the follow up check up and review my Xrays. He takes the time to see that all went well and is there if you have any questions or explain what is going on if there is a problem. In all I was there for an hour, with my appointment for the next 6 months set up & my goodie bag in hand.
I initially came to see Dr. Ramirez after having an issue with my previous dentist (I had been seeing him for over 30 years but started questioning some of the things that he seemed to be rushing me to do.) I went to Dr. Ramirez for a 2nd opinion and found that the expensive procedures that the 1st dentist wanted me to do were not necessary and I have not had any issues since changing over to Dr. Ricardo Ramirez & his wonderful staff.

Medical Center Dental is amazing. Not only is the office brand new and immaculate, but Dr. Viviana Ramirez really knows what she is doing and carries a professional demeanor with her hygienists and patients at all times. All of the questions I asked were answered completely and thoroughly by Dr. Ramirez and her staff. You can tell very quickly that all who work there are passionate about what they do, and this is displayed by the way they practice and treat their patients. All the receptionists are super nice and even call and text you to remind you about your upcoming appointment. I highly recommend Medical Center Dental Dr. Ramirez for all of your dental needs.

Short Story: This place is fantastic and I've had such a great experience with them. So, 10/10 would recommend.
Long Story: All of the staff that I have talked to are so friendly, and made me feel super comfortable. Here is something that sets them apart from other dentists for me: they explain everything to me. EVERYTHING. I have NEVER had a dentist tell me what they are looking at in the x-rays, how they measure my gums, what their next steps are, and all that jazz. It was awesome to have Michelle, Gabrielle, and Dr. Arguelles take the time to explain things to me. And now down to the actual cleaning: my teeth look great and I have more knowledge on how to take care of my teeth. Overall, I am very satisfied!

Friendly staff and great dentist. Dr. Ramirez was detail oriented, cordial, and informed me of what he was doing throughout the session. Would recommend and looking forward to next visit. The staff had wonderful bedside manner.

I called this office urgently to get my daughter seen and first of all they had their voicemail on 5 minutes past the advertised time then when I finally got someone on the line they without a greeting told me to hold then 4 mins later she picks up one again without a greeting told me, “give me your name and number because I will have to call you back”. Ouch I cannot imagine how patients are treated once in clinic but Thank God I will never know. Management really needs to screen calls because thats where it begins to earn a patients trust and comfort.

I have had nothing but excellent experience and great customer service every time I see them! My children go there as well and they love it! Dr. Ramirez is a very honest and kind dentist!

Holy cow, I absolutely love this Dental office. Dr. V is just awesome and I instantly felt and saw how much she cared for my oral health. Michelle is outstanding, she is always making me comfortable and helping me to relax. The office staff has always been great about scheduling me and rescheduling me and following up with reminders. 10/5 stars!

Dr. Ramirez has been in our lives for nearly a decade. The Doctor and his entire staff are like part of our family! Two of us had serious fears and issues with dentists and now it's as if there was never any problems. Dr. Ramirez gives numbing shots so slow, that you have no clue he is even in your mouth. They are always happy to see us, they go the extra mile, and you feel like you are catching up with friends. I even love the billing department, which is saying something because I never like to part with my funds. They have all the latest gadgets and the new building is elegant. I refer my friends and my clients to them. Through braces, root canals, and cleanings, they are by far the very best-constantly growing-always improving-most reasonably priced-greatest service dental group you will find!!! We can't say enough. Xoxoxo

Dr Ramirez is more than a dentist...he is a caring person and a caring healthcare professional. He truly cares about his patients. Everyone at the office is welcoming and interested in each patient. I cannot recommend Medical Center Dental and Dr Ramirez more highly. 5 stars is not enough.
