Post 2:No I am not confused..I had no crown work to be done, but your assistant tried to remove one of my lower crowns & replace with someones elses crown. The upper you made has crooked teeth n the front, the buildup bonding has deteriorated and the partial comes straight off when I try to eat with it. Then the 'free' tooth whitening was presented to me the last day..and I was told to do it myself...really!? The only way this can be resolved is refund my money..which was paid up front. By your response on Google you are taking no responsibility for the poor service
Post 1: the worst experience in my life! Started on April 13 and finished August 30! They tried to put a crown on my tooth that didn't belong to me-I wasn't doing crowns! Impressions had to be done over and over-four times! I should ask for my money back-I paid the full amount up front-never again. Now I have to have another dentist fix what is suppose to be new devices! HORRIBLE SERVICE
