I hadn't been in to see a dentist in a very long time and truthfully my wife suggested that we go here. At first I thought that this would be like all the others, you know when you walk into a place its cold, the people don't want to be there, rude when you ask questions about their services. This type of experience makes you not want to go to the dentist, but when I came to this place the staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and just made us feel comfortable. The Doc herself is very approachable, easy to talk to and just fun to be around. Dr Uzma and her staff set the bar for great customer service. I am glad that we found a place like this and we will come back in the future. Doc you have made me a customer for life and thank you.

It was my first time at this office today, being nervous for one of many reason: first time soon to be mom, first time going to the dentist in a while, and first time going during this whole pandemic, and all I have to say is the staff was beyond amazing helping the entire process run as smoothly as possible and making sure I felt comfortable and welcomed!! I had a mini panic attack while I was getting my teeth cleaned and the help and attention they gave me was so helpful!! Beyond thankful to everyone and Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I cannot express enough on how much I appreciate Dr. Hasheem and her staff. She has done soo much work on me. She is very experienced and has a great personality. I am now in the process of doing an implant and couldn’t be happier so far. I highly recommend. I don’t understand how she gets bad reviews. She is the absolute best dentist I have been to. And I have been to a lot. She has given me my smile back. THANK YOU!!!

I need to start, by saying that for most of my life, I have suffered from a fear of dentists and dental procedures. On the day of my appointment, I was in terrible pain from a very loose tooth. I hadn’t seen a dentist in years, and I tried to “man up” for a few days beforehand thinking it would get better. I just couldn’t take it anymore, found the nearest dentist and called, explaining my situation. Much to my surprise, I got an appointment immediately. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by Connie the receptionist, and was quickly put at ease regarding my upcoming appointment. She helped me with the necessary paperwork and ensured that I was comfortable while I waited. My name was called and Cindy the dental assistant, then proceeded with x-rays and making sure that I was attended to while nervously waiting for the Dr.
Dr. Hasheem came in and was by far, the most compassionate and gentle dentist I have ever had the experience of knowing. My situation was pretty extreme and resulted in a rather extensive exam, followed by some serious surgery. As nervous as I was when I arrived, her soft demeanor and expert professional skills had her fully in my confidence by the time I left.
There are very few dental practices which combine a wonderful dentist AND competent staff to ensure that your visit is comfortable and worry free. I would recommend her practice to anyone looking for a dentist and staff that holds the best interests of the patient at heart. I can’t express my gratitude enough. They are a winning combination for the dental health of our community. Thank you Dr. Hasheem and the staff at Shaenfield Family Dental.

First time here today and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Our family and well taken cared of by staff and the dentist is really awesome. Our 3 year old son had a fun experience too. We will be their forever clients.

Dr. Hasheem Is the best dentist I have ever gone too! She is very personable and does an amazing job on my teeth! Her staff is by far the friendliest I have experienced in San Antonio! They treat you like a person and not just a number. They helped me navigate through my benefits and helped me plan financially for all the work I needed. I am so glad I found this place and will be telling everyone this is the best place to go! I am extreamly happy with this office and mostly with Dr. Hasheem!!!

Absolutely wonderful! I have severe anxiety about the dentist, and had to get an extraction ASAP. They are quick, clean, and extremely nice. I have definitely found my new dentist!

The entire staff is very nice. Really clean place. I’m very happy with Dr. Hasheem. She gave me her recommendation without being pressured. The entire staff is very patient and considerate. I needed more done than what I originally thought and they all answered my questions patiently. Told me these were my next steps. Gave me everything up front price wise. I’ve been to other places who just give you a total and you have no idea what you’re paying for. I have already recommended this office to people!
