Great staff! Friendly, thorough, and very patient at answering my questions about future plan needed for problems and preventative care if my teeth. I highly recommend them!

I received a very thorough examination and explanation of care for the problem I am having with one of my teeth. The staff is very polite and the office is very organized when explaining the plan of care and appointments.

The entire staff of AquaSprings Dental is always very welcoming from check in to check out. Dr Aponte did very well with my youngest child as he is not very cooperative at times. He can be a wiggle worm. They take their time when meeting with my kids and they always answer my questions thoroughly. I highly recomend! 😊

Went in for a cleaning and noticed how they've given the place a face lift! The place looks totally different (in a good way) than when I last visited this past June. Same friendly staff, but now they are under a new name. Dr. Aponte was great as per norm! She always remembers how uneasy I can get in the chair, and goes out of her way to make sure that I'm doing OK. Thanks doc!

The office got me in the same day, and due to the urgency (my wisdom tooth) I had to bring my daughter and the staff was so amazing, and patient with us.

I had not been to the dentist for a while. Everyone here was great. The service, scheduling, and pricing were all great, too. I'm glad I found this place.

Love everything about this place! The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. I feel like the dentists take their time when meeting with me and always answer my questions thoroughly. I like the text and email reminders & notifications their office sends. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Dr. Aponte used to see my kids in the past always a blast, we got a same day appointment today cuz my kid was feeling pain Dr. Murarka took care of my son, she is super friendly , explain the whole process and made me and my son feel confident. Dr. Aponte or Dr. Murarka are both great

We have been coming to this practice for many years, today I was inquiring about some credits I should have according to my insurance. My son was going to be given a treatment that I very clearly told the person in the front was going to pay for, by the time we were leaving I spoke to the office manager about the credit I was inquiring about and I ask who do I needed to pay for my son treatment and she let me know the they didn't to the treatment when I asked her why she literally told me "because you were asking questions ". I'm extremely disappointed this is so unprofessional I don't think will be coming back I worked at other dental practices before I have never seen a manager been this unprofessional. **************on top of this I received a message with a bill for the treatment the manager told me they DID NOT DELIVER And for sealants when I have never paid a deductible for sealants and was told at the office there was not deductible for sealants can this go any more wrong??******

The staff is always sweet, and they take an interest in me as a human person. They remember where I work and they ask me about my wife every time. The dentists and assistants are very nice and relaxing. They used to play reggae every Friday, but I think that they have stopped. I pass about 7 dentists offices between my home and there. I won't go anywhere else.
