Front desk very friendly and professional. Always getting reminders of upcoming appointments. Valerie the Hygienist very friendly and professional. Makes my son comfortable and feel at ease during his procedures. I highly recommend this office.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Everything started off good! I went in the first time Early July 2020 and the dental hygienist and doctor was great. I actually went home bragging to my husband about them! Then fast forward.. I get a call a day before my next scheduled appointment requesting that they reschedule because they were having construction done and could only have so many people there in the office. I was fine with that a little disappointed but I know stuff happens... fast forward to the day before my next scheduled appointment and I get a call verifying my appointment at 4. I told the lady the appointment was set for 5 NOT 4 (which she knew) then she said “Well can you come at 4:30” ? Noooo ma’am! My appointment was scheduled for 5 and you tried to play me! So of course the appointment is rescheduled AGAIN! About a week later... which was yesterday I call the office to see if my prescriptions were ready... OHHH yes they are ready. So I go in to pick them up... The front desk ladies advised the doctor hadn’t signed them yet and it will be a little bit. I stay in the car and waited about 10 minutes before I called and told them to call me when it was ready And I was also told that both my medical insurances were updated on file. So I drove back up to the dentist office picked up my prescription and thought I was prepared for my surgery today! Boy was I wrong. I get to the office and asked how much was my copay ( which I have double insurance TRICARE AND METLIFE so I didn’t expect it to be over $100) I was told I had to pay approximately 1,500. They then advised they couldn’t pull my insurance up under my name. I couldn’t believe it. I have never had this happened. They said they can only take one insurance up front anyways and then they will charge the 2nd insurance after I make the $1500+ payment and then I will be reimbursed! I walked out and called the manager and she kept saying “Please just let me talk” but she was talking about irrelevant stuff. Saying people assume copays are free with double insurance. I never once said that. Needless to say I WILL never go back here again and wouldn’t suggest this place to ANYONE. They are unorganized and rude people! Not once did I receive an apology! Not once did anyone admit to being wrong. Dental hygienist was nice and doctor was nice but they need a new manager and whole new front desk if you ask me.
