Spring Park Dentistry

I called beforehand to ensure we went to an in network provider to maximize our insurance benefits. When we were finished with our appointments and were presented with a treatment plan, I noticed that the fees given were out of network and no associated in network discount was being given. I asked Jordan to reverify this information as I am familiar with dental benefits and know that my insurance follows the United Concordia fee schedule for in network. It had been a week with no response and I still had not received any updated information. I finally called her and she stated that they are OUT of network with all their doctors. They used up half of our insurance benefits on the first appointment due to being out of network and I now have to try to find an in network provider to try to use the rest of our insurance benefits.

I worked for a sister office in the past and tried to give my business to a dental office that I felt could be trusted, however, please think twice about going to this office since their billing practices are shady and incompetent at best.

I enjoyed my visit here I didn’t feel rushed at all. I feel that everyone that I came in contact with were professional and courteous. I understood what the dentist explained and asked questions just to ensure I heard correctly. Office is nice and clean.

After my second visit I must say I really like this dental office.. The staff are friendly and everyone is professional. Overall, a good experience.

We loooove Spring Park Dentistry. I’ve been taking my son since he was breaking in his first few teeth. He takes nothing orally and is completely gtube fed so he doesn’t handle anyone messing with his mouth well and they’re always so patient and gentle and accommodating. Absolutely love them!

First off let me just say , I’m very proud of myself . I normally have dentist phobia . Not anymore! Dr. J and Lorena made feel very comfortable and relaxed. Their service as a team is a perfect combo. They accommodated all my needs . As well the staff, Jordon she was very professional and friendly to conduct business with. I absolutely hate going to the dentist and get extremely anxious about it, but came home talking about how amazing my experience was! I have never felt so happy about a dental appointment and felt like everyone treated me as if I was a family member/friend at this office! I think I have finally found a dentist that I am excited to have work on my teeth!

I've seen Dr. Luk a handful of times and I LOVE HIM! He is very informative, open and caring. I've never had such great experiences at a dentist or doctor's office until now. His wonderful staff is just as amazing! I've recommended this dentist office to several friends and family members.

Dr. Lee is great she has good bedside manners and made me understand what is going on with my kids teeth. If they need treatments or referrals she informed me of the process, the price and the turn around time. She answered all my questions I definitely made the right choice choosing her as our new established dentist.

First time here, I brought my 4 y/o kids in for a teeth cleaning. Everyone was very polite and courteous from the front desk to the dental chair. It was my kids' first time at the dentist and they made the experience enjoyable for them despite not be a specialized pediatric dental office. I will definitely be bringing my kids back here, and also myself! Highly recommend!

Just had my 1st appointment with this Dental Office. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I had an extraction performed and it went well. Later in the evening, the caring Dentist called me to see how I was doing. MY Goodness you never see that...I was very impressed. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone looking for a Dentist. Thanks so much.
