Today I visited the office for the second time in a 6 month time period. I must say that the staff is the most friendliest staff I have encountered in a dental setting. Jenny, the dental hygienist--she is excellent. She cleaned my teeth like never before. She took the time to really get in between the gum line on each tooth. I havent had a cleaning in about 8 months and I don't floss every day. She was non-judgmental and it didnt bother her. She took her time and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. My mouth has never felt this clean before and I had been seeing my previous dentist 2x a year. They even offered me flouride I thought it was strictly for kids. The office is extremely clean and Dr. Tina Wu is my new best friend. My teeth had some plaque and needed some TLC, but it did not hurt at all. My gums feel great and my mouth feels kissable. I will continue to visit this office. It's a family owned business and they treat their patients as family also.

I came to this dentist because of the great Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The office was very clean and nice and every staff member I came across was very pleasant and kind. I had the most thorough exam ever and now I have two plans to choose from to have my issues cared for. I never felt rushed or made to feel bad since it's been a while since I've been to the dentist. I will be back and I will recommend everyone I know.

Had a very bad experience today with this office. They changed the insurance providers, but did not make a mention of it when scheduling me and my husband for routine check and cleaning — preying on busy people making a last moment decision to just pay out of pocket, for which my husband fell. While all providers in the area charge $55-$100 for out-of-pocket visits, this office charged him a whooping $150 and it did NOT include the cleaning!

I feel scammed today by this office and do not recommend them for their predatory pricing practices (even though I liked them as a dental service provider in the past as you can read in my earlier review)

Original review: First visit today, and I am quite impressed. Let's start with the unimportant (for me): ambiance. The office is very pleasantly decorated, recently renovated, very modern and fresh. Now to the important: the customer service is top notch from the initial phone call, to greeting, to billing. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Wait time was minimal. Next -- the doc, the technician, and the hygienist were all pretty good. Not overboard 'sweet' -- just the right degree of respectfulness and attentiveness. The doc laid out any concerns and recommended actions.I was not rushed nor I was pushed into anything. I opted for a 'gum infection therapy" (also known as 'deep cleaning' sometimes, but includes treatments as well) right on the spot which was appropriate in my situation. The procedure, objectives, side effects and the costs were explained in advance. The hygienist was very thorough, explained every step, and asked me several times if I was comfortable throughout the procedure. My teeth were cleaned VERY well, compared to the deep cleaning I experienced in the past. I will continue using the service, based on this first experience.

Great place!! Heard such great reviews from our subdivision forum on Nextdoor so we scheduled our annual cleaning. The staff was awesome, dr was very informative and the place was very nice and clean. I didn't schedule an appt for my 4 yr old so I asked if I could bring her later but they fit her in at the same time as my husband and I.They got us all 3 done less than 2 hrs. We found our new dentist office. My husband hates the dentist and he loved his experience there. Thank you to the Dr and great staff.

No one hates going to the dentist more than me. Due to circumstances of life, I had to leave my former dentist and find a new one. I received an advertisement in the mail from Spring Love Dentistry and decided to try them. During my consultation, Dr. Kim created a treatment plan to satisfy all of my needs to obtain my best smile. And at an affordable price too! I went in for a tooth extraction and cleaning. It was as pleasant as such procedures can be. The staff is extremely pleasant as well. I highly recommend this office. Try them and you won't be disappointed!

My name is Loretta Davis I'm the operation manager for military air I went to Dr Kim late Friday evening with what I thought was only 1 infected tooth I was is terrible pain,he has such a wonderful chairside manner he calmed me down and explained everything to me and what needed to be done and how I would feel after the procedure,. He is an exceptional dentist I did not feel a thing while he was working on my extraction ,not even pressure I had to ask him if it was done. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a top quality dentist,he and his staff are outstanding and very professional. You will never find a better dental office from the staff to the dentist himsrlf!!! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience.

I took my two preschoolers in for their first dental experience today and it couldn't have gone any better than it did. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. Every step along the way, all procedures regarding the examination was explained with complete and utter patience, and all my questions and concerns were addressed. From reception, to dental assistants and Dr. Wu ... everything went exceptionally well! I am sure that we'll be patients for many years to come!

Office is so clean and very pleasant. More importantly, the dentist, Dr. Wu, is so kind and very thorough with treatment as well as explaining everything. It is not a hurry and see one patient to get to the next at this dental office. The staff is also very nice and professional. I just recently had my first cavity filled and there was no pain whatsoever. Dr. Wu really did a great job. All my friends who have been to other dentists elsewhere said that getting a cavity filled is painful but not here! Definitely go to Spring Love Dentistry - great service and they will not waste your time!

Spring love dental has the highest standard of care and customer service that I have ever experienced. I have probably the worst case of anxiety they've ever seen. They have patience and understanding with me every step of the way.
My family drives 3 hours to see doctor kim and doctor wu. Happily.

I had a dental emergency and the were able to get me in really fast. Super friendly staff that knew what they were doing. They spoke clearly of my options and billing area was well explained with or without insurance they have great financing options. There is a play area for kids and I got to watch a movie through out the entire process. Bonus VERY CLEAN smells amazing.
