First visit was great the hygienist was gentle did a great job. Office staff was friendly. 2nd visit was for root canal, crown and a filling. Ended up with extraction that took an extended period of time due to difficulty of tooth. Felt like it was beyond the skill level of dentist. Will not be going back.

After a miserable experience with 4 years of orthodontia & then hyperemesis with two pregnancies, I had both an apprehension of dentists & a terrible gag reflex so severe that my last dentist had a nurse walk out on my appointment frustrated & angry because I couldn’t get through my xrays without the threat of me getting sick on her. I heard about Acre Wood through a co-worker & friend of mine. They were very VERY patient with me, they offered me multiple solutions to my gag reflex & I was able to get all of my xrays completed without gagging once & without numbing medicine. I had avoided the dentist for almost 2 years at this point & I’m severely disappointed I did not find this office sooner. They explained EVERYTHING in detail, went over every aspect of my treatment plan for upcoming dental work, cleanings, what my insurance will & wont cover & was able to plan everything out month by month to have all the work completed that I required. I am eternally grateful for this office & the staff & have told everyone to schedule with them. Thank you for not being the typical Dentist office lacking bedside manner & for legitimately caring about your patients individual needs, even the pains like me.

I have seen Dr. Olzack almost every time I have gone and he is an absolutely phenomenal dentist. He’s taken out my wisdom teeth and done root canals and I’ve never had any pain at all (his assistants are the best too).

I'd like to start off by making it clear that I'm ABSOLUTELY terrified of dentists. So much so that my teeth were in the worst shape you can imagine by the time I visited Acre Wood. I was greeted by Kisha and given a welcome gift bag. She took me on a tour and showed me their "comfort menu", which made me instantly think I can't afford this fancy place! And holy cow she's so welcoming and nice!!!
After meeting Ebony (my new secret BFF) and Dr Johnson I was awestruck. Not only were they incredibly affordable but they were just amazingly friendly people! My first visit went so well! Even though I had forgot my anxiety meds at home, I left smiling and laughing!
I just had my first rounds of our treatment plan completed. It's hard trying not to laugh to death while having your teeth pulled by an incredibly cheerful and joking dentist. Everyone was so calming and funny and it felt like I was having all my teeth yanked out by a group of best friends haha.
Even sitting here still enduring pain like I've never felt before (implants are no joke) I can't help but smile at what a great experience I've had so far. We're on the road to restoring my smile and I'm fortunate enough to be on that road with the best d@mn dentist and staff I've EVER dealt with.
I could just go on and on about how incredible this entire staff is. You can put all your trust in them!

I loved how comfortable Dr Johnson made me feel. On the other hand, my concerns is knowing I will not be able to pay for my dental care. At the price that was quoted. Also, the lady that was in charge didn't seem really caring...at all....the four stars was for Dr. Johnson
