Best Dental Care at Tyler

Well this phone call unlike others was disappointing being as though SANDRA must have had a rough morning. I have NEVER had issues with this dental office until they started hiring alot of new people. I called to inquire about an Ortho appointment; after getting clarification on the date and time, I proceeded to schedule another appointment for a crown. I was already aware that the original dentist, Dr. K was not in the office as much and was willing to schedule with the other dentist which I told her that in the beginning. She began to tell me that information again, when I just informed her that I knew. She responded, "well, I'm just doing my job" (that was when she ruffled my feathers). Her snappiness was uncalled for so I let her know I would be letting a manager know about it. She responded, "and I will let my manager know about it too." I don't understand why she felt the need to be unpleasant, as a receptionist/ scheduler there should be a tone presented that displays a welcoming tone. I manage a medical facility and it seems SANDRA needs some training on speaking to patients. If I had those issue with the other staff members, I would NOT go back but EVERYONE ELSE IS AMAZING!!

The people are so nice there! They have massage chairs in the waiting room and they have in-house insurance which is a true blessing if you don't have any insurance! Going to keep them as a dentist for sure 😁

We were told they took my husband's insurance and they said yes they do they want a 50.00 appointment fee but she waived it for him be cause he has lives on fixed income after driving over an hour to get there and filling out paper then she told us they don't take his insurance because they haven't renewed with that insurance company yet. they could have told us that before setting his appointment gas isn't cheap.

Poor communication with the company. They never returned my calls or messages and overcharged my insurance.

I RECOMMEND this dental office to anyone that is looking for dental work.
I started coming here about a few months ago over a tooth ache that needed extraction, Dr. Sachin Kocharekar and his team made me feel welcomed and assured me that everything will be fine. Ive also brought my son in and Dr. Sachin Kocharekar was amazing with my son.
Monica has walked me thought my whole dental treatment plan and has been very helpful!
I could brag about this Office all day if I had the time.

They accept my inexpensive dental insurance. Free cleaning and check up confirmed a cavity and infection on an incisors. They were able to do a root canal and filling that same day! Best part - Dr. Simon used innovative techniques that allowed the work with NO PAIN.

I was not impressed with our visit here at all. First of all the facility looks very old and run down, and the dentist seemed more concerned with getting more money out of us than anything. My husband and I both have pretty straight teeth other than 1 and he was trying to convice us to get invisalign to fix one little tooth. On top of that they said my husband needed 6 fillings and quoted us a ridiculous price, which we got a second opinion and he only needs 1! Then they gave me a cleaning and I left with buildup still on my teeth they should have got off. Seems like a scam to me, I do not recommend anyone go here.

Dr K. and his staff are sweet and very attentive. Having a root canals there was no pain with Specialist he is very good. All of the women and men are friendly.

So this review is my honest experience at Best Dental Care @ Tyler. I initially felt assured about choosing this office because of all of the positive reviews. The receptionist is very polite and pleasant! No matter how many times I had to call their office, she never made me feel like I was a bother. They have a couple of dental assistants who you can tell knew what they were doing. Then there are dental assistants there who are very new! One was just learning on the job! Although I understand how we all have to start somewhere, I didn't really like the feeling of someone learning how to use a suction straw or a bitewing on my mouth. As for the dental work itself, my experience could've been better. After my procedure, the dentist didn't give me any after care instructions or information on how to best preserve the work he did on my teeth. I ended up looking up some information myself online about how to care for my teeth after my particular dental work. I came back to get some adjustments to the work he did on my teeth and just when I thought all was well, I started to feel pain. So I had to go back to the office for that.

I also found that on separate occasions when I would ask one of their dental assistants a question having to do with my teeth or upkeep of my dental work, it wouldn't match what the dentist would tell me when I would ask him. Then, during my procedure, I could hear the dentist's phone "dinging" continuously. He is a younger man so maybe that's not a big deal to him, but I don't want to hear my dentist's or doctor's phone going off while they're doing any work on me. I don't mean to sound like this is a horrible office, it's just that when something like my teeth are being worked on and I'm paying for this work to be done right, my standard is very high.

Had a completely awesome experience when i came in for a cleaning. Dr. K and his amazing assistant Reyna(Reina?) did an absolutely amazing job. They were completely efficient and professional and mad the process quick and painless. The rest of the staff were very nice and polite and had excellent customer service. 10/10 would do again, and would highly recommend to anybody.
