Dr. Jennings & his staff are amazing! They are always on schedule. I never have to wait. Crystal, the hygienist, is the sweetest ever. She is so personable & gentle when she cleans your teeth. I love visiting with her when I go. Dr. Jennings is so very kind & never seems in a hurry even when he’s busy. He always takes his time to visit with you and answers any questions you may have. If you’re looking for a dentist I highly recommend this office. You won’t be disappointed!

Had broken retainer. Got an appointment quickly and my problem was fixed completely.

I tried this practice because I have new insurance at my job and it is "in network", so I thought I would be able to save some money. Especially in this recession. But, you get what you pay for.
I broke a tooth and I was in horrible pain. I was told it was impacted and I needed antibiotics. They had me fill out a million forms, including medications I take and allergies to medications, which is usual practice.
My pharmacist called me to tell me the dentist prescribed penicillin, which, as it said on my paperwork, I am allergic to. My pharmacist called the dentist to get a new prescription for me that did not contain penicillin. That should have been the deal breaker to stay with this practice.
After a few days on the antibiotics, I went in to have the tooth pulled. Again, I was in horrible pain and let them know that. I mistakenly left my debit card at home and let them know that before they worked on me and they informed me that without my co pay of $150, NOT $1500, but $150, lol, they cannot treat me.
I went to my regular dentist, who is not in my insurance "network", and they got me in a few days later and my co pay was $20 LESS than Tyler Family Dental. Sheesh. Stay in excruciating pain for a lousy $150.
Needless to say, there are so many great dentists out there so that you do not have to settle for this uncaring place.
My regular dentist got me in after a few days, even though there is a 2-3 month wait for an appointment. Tyler Family Dental can get you in tomorrow if you call today. I suggest you do not, but what does that tell you?

I highly recommend Tyler Family Dental. Not only is Dr. Jennings very caring and professional, his staff is A++ too! I had an issue with a crown and they saw me early the next morning and had me fixed in no time! Thank you Tyler Family Dental.

This is the best dental office ever. Dr. Jennings and the entire staff are caring, prompt, professional, and patient. They explain your treatment plan and share all options available to you. There is never a wait even with a full house. Highly recommend.

The completely newly remodeled interior & exterior of this historic home-turned-dental services complex only enhances what was already stellar dental services by Doc Jenner & his highly competent staff. Today is the first time I’ve received services since the new & expanded staff arrived & the rearranged treatment centers were completed. The dental cleaning today was beyond my expectations. And that’s a true compliment, considering how the services had been pre-Covid already. Congratulations to Doc Jenner & his staff for presenting a new level of dental services in Tyler.

The staff helped me with my insurance for choosing them as my dentist. When I went in, the waiting area was super clean and nicely decorated. The front desk ladies were super helpful and polite. The room I was taken too was very comfortable and clean. It also had awesome windows in it!
The lady who did my x-rays was incredible! She was funny, polite and VERY talkative. I can’t remember her name but she made me feel so comfortable and excited for the experience! She spoke to me like she was speaking too an old friend, and gave me some great tips for cooking. She made me laugh quite a few times. She’s awesome!
The dentist was so knowledge and took my concerns seriously and provided the information I needed and never once made me feel as though my concerns or questions were an annoyance. He made my whole experience very comfortable and easy.
The lady who talked to me about my treatment plan was funny, polite and very informative. She gave me some great tips for flossing and pertaining to the care credit.

My whole experience (first experience) at Tyler Family Dentist was exceptional! I’ve never been so comfortable away from home. I’ve never been so happy after a dr appointment! I’m so thankful they were able to fit me and set me on a treatment plan for getting my teeth healthy again! I truly am greatful for the incredible experience! Thank y’all so so so much for being so knowledgeable and wonderful!

Very friendly and easy to work with. They wasred no time getting to root cause of tooth pain,and even a few minutes after closing, the wonderful front ofgice staff got a hold of Dentist who called in pain meds to pharmacy!! They have earned my trust, and would highly recommend them for any dental problems..Thank you again..

We drove 4 hours to see Dr. Jennings. It was worth every second. He got both of my children in on short notice, did everything we needed in one visit, and handled my high strung daughter like it was easy. We will drive back every time we need dental work. Tyler Family Dental is amazing!
