As most people i have a phobia when it comes to the dentist as the result of 1 bad visit many years ago, today i finally got my self in to have a very painful tooth pulled and i couldnt ve happier with trusting this dentist office to do the work couldnt feel a thing from the initial pulling of the tooth just sounds and vibration which they did warm me about but was a quick easy and plainless prosses supper friendly staff and the dentist was excellent with communication with me ive already scheduled my next appointment to fix my 7 years of untouched teeth. To anyone scared of the dentist but needing a good place to go please give them a try this was the first time i didnt feel a bit of pain threw the procedure in my life they are definitely worth trying!!

Very professional, the staff completely put my nerves at ease! I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder and have always been terrified of dentists in general. The Dr. was very thorough explaining my procedure and other options and made sure I was comfortable. Overall one of the best experiences I have had at a dental office, and gave great recommendations for my further cosmetic procedures, that I wish to have. He called to check on me later in the afternoon, and his receptionist called me back to answer a few questions I had after consulting with him. A+ for the entire staff!

It was a great experience. I have hated going to the dentist for many years after a traumatic experience as a young child. They put me at ease and we’re very gentle. They explained everything they were going to do so there were no surprises. Dr. Novak asked me what my expectations were! Never had that before! I’m going ahead with treatment knowing what’s ahead and I’m not afraid or scared. I know he will treat me right. I feel total confidence in his team. I’ve never felt this relaxed in a dentist office before! Amazing!

My first visit today for a checkup and cleaning. Lauren the dental hygienist was great! Put me right at ease. Dr Novak was out for the week but his Associate took all the time needed to answer my questions and concerns. Finally, the office staff was friendly and answered any insurance questions I had.
