always hesitant to visit a dentist office. but these people calm my fear as soon as I walk in the door. always pleasant and friendly. everyone from the front desk to the dentist and assistants are easy to talk to and understand how I feel. they work with you for whatever time you need. nice place to get work done of any kind.

Arrived at 9:55 for 10:00 appointment. Called the desk from the parking lot to let them know I was there and was told to come in the hygienist was finishing up. Multiple people (I know of 2 maybe more) came without masks and were taken beck before me. Receptionist did not have a mask on either.
Great care, just a little unhappy with the lack of COVID concern and the wait. I would have rather waited in my car until the hygienist was ready for me with the lack of concern with COVID.

The staff is very nice, and Dr. Mulky is great. I do have several complaints, though. I have needed to get my tooth bonding repaired over 6 times. It keeps breaking. Also, whenever I have needed information about braces and insurance, they never call me back. I always have to call them several times. The worst was a huge misunderstanding about the pricing on veneers. I was even given a printout of how much they would originally cost, and I even asked again to confirm before I came in to my appointment. Thank goodness I asked one last time right before they began to work on me!!! A front desk lady brought me a different print out then I had been originally given. She told me that she would need to speak to the lady who had given it to me. I think that she was actually the woman who had given me the first print out. It was extremely disappointing and an inconvenience. I was a little heartbroken. I had to get my children ready and make arrangements for them to be watched while I changed my schedule around and came in to get these veneers. I of course could not get them because they were way more expensive than the price I was quoted to begin with.
My husband has also had a couple of instances recently. He has had to come in two times to get the same filling redone, and is now having to get a root canal. This is just money being thrown away. The tooth should have been fixed the first time.

This dentist office is amazing. Having to have a lot of dental work done, they go above and beyond to make my appointments as pleasant as possible, and the work they do is unbelievable. They are easy to talk to and always take time to answer any and all questions. I truly appreciate the dentists and the staff.

All the hygienist are sweethearts, the ladies that work up front are super sweet. Dr. Mulkey and Dr. Romack have always done well with me. I have not met Dr. Ashley Decker yet.

Meredith is an amazing hygienist! She is thorough, yet understanding of your dental/oral hygiene needs. Meredith is always friendly and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Mulkey has done some amazing dental work in the last couple of years for me. He’s like a magician of sorts.

I went to this office to get a filling and a crown done and have been in excruciating pain for 7 months now. I am now seeing another dentist who had to correct all the work that was done at this office. My dentist told me to call this office and ask for a refund because insurance would not cover the same thing twice in such a short amount of time, they said they would call me back, never did, then sent me a 90 day past due bill (for something they told me insurance would cover) that I never had hear of until then. An absolute nightmare
