I requested an urgent visit, and they got me in the very next day; even though I'm a new patient. The office COVID measures are great (required masks, hand-sanitizing, plastic-wrapped pens, disinfecting everything touched between patients). Went in for a consultation for my newborns lip and tongue tie. After taking a look it was agreed upon that he would benefit from a laser revision of both. The staff did a great job explaining the procedure and what to expect post op. The procedure was quick and they did excellent tending to my 3 week old during it all. Would highly recommend them for lip and tongue tie releases.
