Elite Dental American Fork | Dentist & Implants

I'm new to Utah County. Went to Elite Dental because of a flyer in the mail...very different for me. What an outstanding experience. I went in a couple days early to fill out the paper work and the staff acted like I was a long time patient. Super friendly and seemed interested in Me... The day of the appointment the hygienist was great and kept asking if I was OK. She has soft hands and the high-tech equipment was totally pain free. Steve was the dentist for the check up and he has wonderful chair side manner. He explained everything he did and when I left they handed me a paper of possible follow up procedures and the cost of each. I'm thinking 'are you kidding me' no hidden high cost fees, everything shown up front. Elite Dental will be my source for dental need as long as I live here.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I was so impressed with how friendly everyone was and that they took time to explain things as they went. I'm always a little wary of going to the dentist but after my last visit I am much more trusting. They did a great job and my teeth feel great! My husband was not as impressed being that he still has some sensitivity a few weeks after but overall I was impressed.

I highly recommend Elite Dental! They went above and beyond for my son last week at his appointment. My son came in for a cleaning and a possible cavity. It turned out he needed a root canal! My son was here visiting from college for spring break & he wouldn’t be back until May. So they miraculously did the root canal for him at that same appointment even though it wasn’t scheduled. My son and I will forever be grateful. The staff and dentists make you feel valued and important. Thank you!

Looking for a dentists office? Look no further. Elite Dental is exactly what you need in a dental office and more. I have spent extensive time at other dentists offices in the area and I can honestly say I have never had them remember me personally. Every time I visit Elite, I am asked about my family, my job, etc...... They put the CARE, back in dental care. Any dental office is going to be able to clean teeth and perform procedures, but not every dental office can make you feel at home while you're there and sometimes that makes all the difference. Keep it up guys!

First time coming here. It was an excellent experience! The wait was minimal and Cami M was super nice when she did my xrays and cleaning. Heather was also very nice when contacting before my appointment and talking to me afterwards about my treatment. Dr. Randy was very nice and quick to come examine my teeth. The whole experience went really smooth and I didn't waste time. Thank you! I can't wait to come back.

The Braithwaite brothers are extremely kind, efficient and caring. The staff is thoughtful when scheduling exams. JoEllen updated me often on my insurance benefits and was patient in explaining different options for treatment and payment. I have had a crown placed myself and my daughter has had several cavities filled. They are just a great family dental office, they are flexible and cater well to their clients.

Great dental experience. Having lived in several states and been under the care of many dentists, I have found Drs. Steven and Randy Braithwaite to be superb dentists. They are gentle in their work (I have had a crown and root canal procedure), honest in suggesting what needs to be done, and have great bedside manner. From the office manager to the dental hygienists and assistants, everyone is kind and accommodating. They are quick to schedule when an emergency arises and sensitive to their patients needs. Have been a patient for three years and will miss them if I relocate. Great for the entire family! Nice facilities.

Spent the last year looking for a great dentist. The first dentist we found here in Utah tried so hard to find something wrong with my teeth that he broke the metal (explorer) tool off in my mouth. I left knowing I would never go back. The experience at Elite Dental was the exact opposite. The staff was very nice, the wait was short and the dentist did an amazing job on fixing my broken filling. Thanks Elite Dental.

I had a horrible toothache but wasn’t happy with my last dentist and wanted to find someone new. I looked through the dental mailers I had saved and checked out the reviews on them. I decided on Elite Dental because it seemed like they had the best reviews and I wasn’t disappointed!

I assumed that I would have to endure the pain for several days before I could get an appointment. I was shocked when the secretary told me they would work me in that afternoon, even as a brand new patient!

I am a nervous patient. Dr. Steven Braithwaite was very friendly, gentle, and patient with me. He wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and talked me through everything he was doing. He started the procedure to get me out of pain before we had even talked about payment. This was such a pleasant surprise. (The last guy I went to did not even want to meet me until after I had made a substantial payment). I felt like Dr. Braithwaite’s first concern was genuinely to help me. After I was numbed up and pain free, his secretary came to discuss the costs involved with treatment. It was great to see everything outlined upfront and I appreciated the discount for uninsured people. Fortunately I had the money to cover my expenses, but it was great to know that there are options for people to make payments if they need to.

Dr. Brathwaite’s staff is as nice and helpful as he is! I was happy with everything about my experience and left the office pain free. My only regret is not getting in sooner! I highly recommend Elite Dental!

I've inherited an irrational fear of dental work from my mother. I am happy to have found a dentist I can be comfortable with. Dr Braithwaite has been my dentist for a number of years now and I am comfortable with him working on me. That may not mean much for some other people but that means a lot coming from me. I drive 23 miles for my appointments and I'd drive twice that far knowing I'm in good hands. He is absolutely a dentist I can recommend.
