I came in for a crown and they were very quick to get me in the chair and put the numbing stick on.

They were very understanding and stopped immediately when I started to choke or gag. Sorry about that!!!
I loved the availability to watch a movie while I waited for them to make the crown. Time passed quickly.

My question- can I come over there at night and watch netflicks? I don't have it at home. Just kidding

I wish it would let me give a zero star rating. I hate this dentist office! The office workers are completely incompetent. They make scheduling errors and then continue to charge you an extra $50. They rip you off every single time you go in.
I took my baby sister in and they told her they were doing a procedure on her and she agreed. Then they charged me for it without asking me or telling me at all. They took advantage of a little kid and stole from my pocket. I hate this place so much.

This is a photo of when Dr. Duke burned my sisters lip off. It painfully blistered for weeks after the incompetent bafoon dropped his drill on her face. But don't worry he repayed her with a $5 gift card to keva juice so...

It was so awesome. Right when you walk in the door andrea is there to greet you with super cool style. She is awesome and friendly throwing down good energy. To her left is denise who is always so helpful but probably the quietest one and most likely the boss. Then kendra and kenzie are right there to help get you ready and they always get you talking and not so worried about the dental work. Then of course you see the Duke. Not John Wayne but hes still pretty cool, and he dies his best to make sure you dont feel pain and that you leave happy. Tara oh tara. tara will make your smile shine and your breath smell oh so minty fresh, and she is so friendly while she does it. She does most the talking considering your mouth is full of dental tools. She has good material though so it works out. All in all this is the most friendly staff you could ever hope for and they do a great job.

Under old management the practice was decent. I liked the environment and the friendly staff. Dr. Albertolli did pretty good work. He was however "crown happy" every time I went in he would tell me "more than likely this will need a crown". I ended up getting two from him. One he drilled and claimed the decay went all the way to the edge of the tooth. By this time there was only one thing to do, get a crown. He was very pleased with his "in house crown machine" the second crown he gave me, he set wrong. every time after that he told me it was just glue, give it time, sometimes there's heat and cold sensitivity with crowns. Then he left the practice to Dr. Duke. I told his hygienist about it. Dr. Duke didn't even look at it. This went on for several visits until I made a fuss about it. He looked at the x-ray closer and made some under his breath comments to his hygienist. He looked concerned. That's when I realized it was set wrong and the sharp ridge I kept feeling was actually a gap. When I asked about the warranty he said that was with Dr. Albertolli, not the practice. Even though he had my records and all patients stayed with the practice. He said he would contact Dr. Albertolli and work out something. NOPE. I still ended up paying for the mistake. All smiles as they gouged me. I'm done going there. The crown he set was too big for the space and he had to grind it down to fit. NOTHING quite like having a rough tooth.

The staff at Dental Design are always so friendly and helpful. Dr Duke is very personable and highly recommended. I can certainly recommend Dental Designs of Utah.

They are professional but very relaxed. They make the experience as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be. Thanks to Dr Duke and his great staff.

Dr. Duke and his team are the friendliest and most compitent dental office I have ever been to! I'm so glad I have found them and will be a lifelong patient!
