DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DENTAL WORK. Not even a cleaning! They WILL take advantage of you and tell you that you need more work than you do. I was told I needed 9 fillings, I got a second opinion and they told me I needed 1 and that this office was being dishonest. They did this to me after telling them I was a single mom struggling to get by. They have zero morals. I was charged almost $500 for a cleaning and X-rays alone. See Dr Kipton Norris in south ogden instead. He is HONEST and PROFESSIONAL.

My wife needed an implant and after price shopping we landed on ismile they were not the cheapest but they were close and friendly. She went to have the post put in and that went great my wife didn't like the dentist and they really helped her feel comfortable. That first visit was a little unprofessional I thought but almost in a good non stuffy way.
Then we waited for the tooth to be done months went by we left messages no call backs my wife went into the office and they had no record of her being there and have her a story about a computer crash and her dentist leaving the practice.... very confusing but we are not to picky and over the next month with some failed communications as too when the new tooth would be ready she got it put in... That was not as good an elegance as the first it was unprofessional in a bad way... and she wouldn't go back left me to settle the bill. Jut was $200 mire than they said it would be and they persisted so to be done with them I paid it. Asking over and over is this all? Will this settle all you think we owe you? "Yes".
3 months later we get a bill for $76 Platt of which is a LATE FEE! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And when i call to talk to them she puts me on hold for 10min. Then hangs up! I call back thinking we just got disconnected and it's the machine saying they are closed call back after the week end!

This place told us that my husband needed so much dental work. We got a second and a third opinion. Both of these experts said that no work was needed. This is very scary and I can't believe iSmile would give such bad information. I worry that they recommend work that isn't needed that results in larger profits.
