We always get in quickly. Dr Peterson has worked with my kids, including a seriously chipped tooth on a 1 year old. They got us in right away when that happened. Front desk, hygeniest, assistants all very nice and friendly.

My molar shattered. Then got infected. Another local dentist told me to quit grinding my teeth. Sheesh. My face felt like a bomb went off, and these folks took care of things like a boss. Everybody here is professional, competent, and kind. It took months to fix the minefield that was my jaw, but they did it.
I told them up front that I have no money ... they were much more worried about helping me than billing me. Let me say that again: they knew I didn't have any money and their number one concern was helping solve my problem. They set me up with an extremely friendly payment plan.
Bottom line: these folks care. And they're good at what they do.

I must say, when I came in and was ushered to my cubicle to prep for Dr. Peterson, I thought exactly what I said to him, "I've had extensive dental work in my life, but I've never been to a good dentist." Often they finish and ask, "Well, how'd I do?" I answer, "Just as bad as the rest of them." But, this recent visit with your practice still has me puzzled. I asked myself, is this a dream? Have I fallen into the Twilight Zone? What type of voodoo do they practice here? I've given my tooth that was filled, and my entire mouth, plenty of time to complain, but they haven't. Therefore, I can't honestly belly ache about the members of the ADA anymore. Great job Dr. P. Stephanie warned me about you breaking my record of discontented aftermath. Now I've got to find another reason to fuss. Maybe the selection of kid's toys in the waiting room. Until next time, and on a serious note, thank you for an excellent experience. You will be getting more of my face in yours.
