I had an insurance mishap (the fault of my insurance, not the dentist's office) and four seasons was very accommodating and offered to set up a payment plan if my insurance didn't pull through. The staff were very patient and kind through the whole process and the care my husband and I received was great, too.

Love Dr. Eric Smith!! I didn't go to the dentist for over 10 years because of bad experiences. I'm so happy I took a chance on Dr. Smith! Now I never miss an appointment š

The dentist staff are very nice. The visit was quick and I didnāt have to do a ton of waiting. I donāt like the dentist but these guys are really good and make me rethink my opinion on going.

My husband and I are retired and our dentist in California was no longer practicing. We met Dr. Eric Smith while on a visit to Utah. He is now our dentist and we travel to Utah for our dental care. We enjoy the office staff and know that they will always have time for us.

Fantastic!! Dr. Fairbanks personally greeted me within minutes of walking in the door. The staff was amazing and friendly. I will definitely be telling my friends. Don't hesitate. This is the right place for you.

I decided to go here after reading all of the reviews. I had a great experience here. They were honest and not at all pushy like a lot of other offices. They are very laid back and it really is just a great place to be even if it is for dental work.

Four Seasons Dental is a warm, friendly environment with top notch dentists. Weāve been going there for years (now our kids take their kids), and weāve always had excellent care.

These guys are the best dental office I've ever been to. They are always friendly and they don't charge for fixes on crowns/fillings they did.
They do work with care credit as they charge day of services.

Iām very anxious whenever I go to the dentist. They were excellent in making sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what they were doing. Very inviting and welcoming staff.

I have been going to Dr. Smith for a while now. I had a crown fall off and called in for an appointment. They asked if I was okay seeing the other dentist in the office. I said I preferred Dr. Smith so she said I would have to wait until Monday. I said that was fine. Went in on Monday Dr. Smith looked at my crown and the xray and said he was going to have the other dentist look at it. Dr. Russell came in gave me my options and we decided pulling it was the best route. Dr. Smith never came back. Dr. Russell pulled my tooth. I ended up getting dry socket. I am still in so much pain. I texted Dr. Russell after hours Thursday to let him know. He was less than concerned a said it's just annoying and compared it to a cold. I have had major stomach surgery and only took ibuprofen and was fine. I have been talking ibuprofen and Tylenol and I can't get the pain under control. I don't dare call back because he made me feel so stupid when I did the first time. Ugh this is not fun.
