The front office ladies are great. They send me text reminders about my appointments which is helpful. I also appreciate that I get in when my scheduled appointment time is. It's not like others where you have an appointment at 2 and have to wait for 45 min to get in.

I love Hyde Park Dental! Shannon, the hygienist, is always so careful cleaning my teeth and watches for any areas that could be problematic. Her and Dr Priebe are great to answer questions and give advice on how I can better care for my teeth. Everyone always remembers my name and takes time to make sure I am comfortable during the services.

Dr Carlson and his staff are a lot of fun and they do excellent work. I have continued coming to this office for a number of years now and was absolutely sold when Dr Carlson did a filling for me and the whole experience was pain-free! I've never had that happen before at any other dental office. He and his hygienists pay close attention to detail and it makes a world of difference!

There are friendly faces everywhere in the office, from front desk to the dentist. I've rarely had to wait past my appointment time. The hygenists do a great job and don't push extra services or procedures. The dentists are amazing. Dr. Carlson can give a numbing shot you don't even feel! Everyone is professional, friendly and helpful.

I was a dental assistant and I know a quality dentist when I see one, Dr. Carlson is for sure quality. I really like his office lady, lorie, she was so sweet and helpful. Dr. Carlson gave us a Veteran's discount too. Now all in all you just can't beat them.
