UPDATE:
Got a phone call from Dr Haslam and he made things right. Apologized and said that they are going to be making this a training opportunity. I will be making an appointment Monday with them. Takes a lot to do that and in my book that makes you alright. If he is willing to go through the trouble to do all this then I know he is willing to ensure I receive the best care possible. Will be doing business with him and looking forward to it.
Went in with a friend who had an appointment and was planning on making one with this dentist after he raved about how much he loved this office. I walked in the office after he had already been taken back because i was securing my work laptop in the vehicle. I walked in and there was a girl behind the desk who then walked to the back so i sat myself down and plugged in my phone. There were a few girls that came out and went back, a patient and her son that came in and were acknowledged as well and taken back. I decided that I would see if I was even going to be acknowledged so I just sat there, made eye contact a few times and waited. I had the full intention of making an appointment because I have needed to see a dentist for a while and with my fairly new job offering insurance was going to take this opportunity to get it done because I was here with my carpool buddy. The Dentist himself walked out at one point.....nothing. The only person to say anything to me was Mrs Haslam. How did I know who she was? She introduced her self to the contractor that was measuring near the TV close to where I was sitting. She very politely said "Hello!" and then asked how I was doing before she began working with the contractor, describing what was needed to be done to the wall. If any employee had said anything to me it would have been an instant appointment with guaranteed work. My buddy came out from the back and as we started to leave asked me if I made an appointment and I just replied "No one talked to me". All the other reviews including my buddy's are really positive. The only positive thing about my 35 min stay in that office was the kindness Mrs Haslam displayed.

What a great group of professionals that are truly interested in my dental health. I woke up with tooth pain and earache and Dr Haslam had his staff find me a spot for immediate help. I appreciate their concern before this got out of hand and they even called me later the same day to make sure I was feeling better!
