The initial experience was actually really good. However, one of my daughter's fillings came out shortly after it was put in. They assured us that they would warranty their work. We took her in, had the work done, and everything was good - until I got the bill. Apparently the dentist decided that "additional" work was needed to properly fix the filling. He did the work without telling us first, and then felt that it would be okay to charge us for it. When I questioned the bill, all I got were excuses for doing the work without our permission and for not covering it as part of their warranty. On top of that, there was absolutely no attempt on their part to work with me on the bill or make it right in any way.
With so many better options in the area (especially for kids), my recommendation is to avoid this practice if possible.
