They lied about their financing options, stating that it's an 'in-house' financing when in reality they use a financing company which puts your bill on your credit. I specifically made sure to ask if it would effect my credit, otherwise I would have never set foot in there. I was lied to, given a procedure that didn't even last a week before causing more dental problems, and now I have to deal with the repercussions. Absolutely will never recommend to anyone.

I have an abscess tooth I've been nursing for a week waiting until today to find out when they were going to pull it. I get there today and they do x-rays of that side and then tell me they don't extract teeth themselves. They gave me a paper with my information as well as a dentist that does surgery to extract teeth. They tries to call but said the new dentist may not open until 9 am. That I should call them and tell them that the dentist at Monarch Dental said that I needed to have my tooth pulled and that it's an emergency and needs to be done today. Gave a recommendation for an implant for possible future needs. And I left feeling even more nervous because now I have to call them and tell them they need to do it today but they might be too busy and I do not want to be awake for it . Oh man, nervous but have to do it. Just thought it strange I needed to call to set it up and that I wasn't given more options for others, since it's an emergency.... The location was very clean and nor overcrowded. The staff were kind and very helpful. The service was very fast I was in and out in record time.

They are a great dentist office. I have used them for years. They accept a wide variety of insurance plans. Over the years as my insurance has changed They have always been in network with every insurance I have had.
I left 4 stars because I did have 1 billing issue where they told me on multiple occasions they called my insurance to make sure that item was covered. I would have purchased the item as I could not afford it on my own at the time. But they assured me my insurance would cover it. Well long story short that was not true. They did make it right, but it was a major hassle, and I was worried I would be sent to collections.
The dentists and staff are very kind. They discovered a health problem I had by looking at my salivary glands, it was not dental related, but got me pointed in the right direction.

They are so understanding and accommodating. I have physically never have had such a great experience. At a dentist office, as I've had here. They are welcoming and compassionate. And don't make me feel bad for my irresponsibility as an adult. I'm happy they are working to get my smile back.

Such a fantastic staff! Called me on their day off when I thought I had a infection in my tooth,Phoned in a prescription for antibiotic and then saw me there next working day. Turns out I had a bad tooth. Thank goodness for them! The Riverdale location is amazing!

I broke a tooth and had previously visited another dentist who was rude and wouldn't give me the time of day. So I came to monarch and they treated me such care and the dentist was so kind and answered my questions and helped with my extreme anxiety. I was able to be calm and get my tooth worked on. This dentist usually works at the skyline drive monarch in South Ogden but it flooded so they had to go to the one on riverdale road but he still makes it happen and gets patients in at a reasonable time. I honestly could cry of happiness because of the kindness I was shown from the staff as well. I went from a dentist from Hell to a caring place and it means a lot. I want to recommend anyone and everyone and yet I also don't because I don't want him to be booked out. Lol.
