Swan Smiles & Orthodontics

I heard about Salem Smiles from someone who hadn’t even gone there yet but she heard raves about it from someone else. I’m so glad I gave them a shot. They make my kids comfortable and even excited for their cleanings! When I finally went for a toothache, I found that’s just the kind of place they are no matter how old the patient. I was comfortable. They also are very good at explaining any concerns they see and options for correcting things. They are also very competent and saved me from the mother of all toothaches when I needed a root canal. They were efficient but I also did feel they rushed it so that my crown fits perfectly. Everyone in the office has blown me away by their kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend Swan Smiles whether it’s for your children or for you!

My daughter had extensive work done that she had to get put to sleep for. Dr. Matt Swan was so incredibly patient and knowledgeable about what we could expect with the procedure and any after care we needed to provide. The Anesthesiologist was also the best we have ever had, and he was so gentle and made sure my daughter was comfortable. Both of these guys are so awesome, you could definitely tell that they genuinely love and care for each patient. Office staff at both locations are very nice and the Nephi office let my husband and I watch Stranger Things on the TV 😂 (we were the only ones in the waiting room for 2 hours while the procedure took place). We plan to continue coming here for as long as we can! Thanks for calming a worried mother's nerves!

From start to finish it was a great experience. The receptionist was sweet and understanding and answered all my questions and concerns. The girl who did my x-rays was kind and the Doctor educated me on my teeth which I’m grateful for and very kind as well. They took care of me and my 2 year old who had a blast playing in their children’s section. Amazing staff. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

The staff at Swan Smiles & Orthodontics are friendly, the office is clean and fun for kids, and Dr. Swan is great! My 5 kids love coming here, and I appreciate having a kind, patient dentist take care of my kids!

My family and I really enjoy the team of dentist and dental assistants there at Salem smiles. They have always made sure my kids were comfortable and made sure to explain everything they were doing to them. My little girl was very scared to go the first time but they made sure she felt very comfortable and not scared now she likes going there. In fact we just had to take her to fix a filling and she was excited. I would recommend them to everyone

I went to Dr Swan for my daughter’s braces. He and his staff treated us so well. They were very detail oriented in making sure my daughter had a beautiful smile when they took her braces off. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at the office--with all the staff, with the cleanliness and kid-friendliness of the office, with Dr Swan’s expertise, and with the overall braces treatment/retainers and final result of my daughter’s smile.

Salem Smiles is awesome! The doctors and staff are super friendly and have excellent bed side manner. We were brought back quickly and the doctor came in immediately. They were also honest and upfront with treatment and costs. My kids love going to see them!

Dr Mathew Swan is phenomenal! This office has two brother Dentists named Dr. Swan and Mathew takes care of most if not all of the pediatric patients. Our first experience with Dr. Swan really surprised me when I got a personal text from him asking if my son was doing ok after getting some fillings done that morning. I thought it was an automated message until he started answering me back. I have never had a dentist do that. Also he has worked with me so well since I don't have dental insurance. He does balloon animals for the kids too and just make my kids feel special and taken care of. When he gives the kids the numbing shot they never flinch he does it so well. My kids actually count down the days till they get to go to the dentist because the office is so fun for them and the staff is so friendly. The only time my kids cry is when we have to leave 🤣. Thank you Dr. Mathew Swan for all your kindness and selflessness as a dentist it truly has put my anxiety of dentists at Bay.
