Worse than another run-of-the-mill dentist office without Dr. Jackson. Dr. Lewis doesn't listen. In the middle of a procedure I raised my hand for him to stop because he was doing exactly what I asked him not to do, but he kept going anyway. Afterwards, he acknowledged that he knew I wanted him to stop, but felt it was best to proceed. I felt violated. Shouldn't have come back, but did. Now I'm dealing with problems he created.

I love doctor Jackson and all of his assistants... I used to hate going to the dentist but since I found meadowbrook dental I can't wait to go again and again!!!
Update: Doctor jackson is gone and I am sad but doctor Lewis is fantastic!!! I recently had a cavity replaced in the front tooth and I asked him not to numb it and I couldn’t feel a thing!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the service was excellent! The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because it was not explained clearly to me about what procedures/ steps being taken to clear up my dental work. That or, if they were I did not understand clearly because I have no expertise in that field and didn't know what to expect. But when I called to express my concern they were very kind in clearing everything up for me as to avoid additional charges for things that I did not ask for. I would recommend to anyone, just be sure every step of the process is explained to you clearly and thoroughly/ make sure it is all necessary for what your looking for and your good to go!
