The staff here is exceptional! Dr. Carter is awesome! All the staff members that I've worked with have been so great, they are the best team I've seen. They have the best techs! I'm so grateful that I got to work with Rachel...AWESOME! She definitely goes over and above her job. I couldn't have gotten through it without her....she really is amazing!! The service was good, however, when my wife made he appointment weeks ago, she did not expect a legal matter that she needed to attend to arise. It took longer than expected on the day of her appointment, I called and explained that, they were more concerned about 48 hours notice and forfeiting our deposit, instead of understanding that it was an unforeseen circumstance that she had no control over and getting her rescheduled.
So keep our deposit and we will go somewhere else that is more caring about people and that life happens...

I had never needed a root canal before and was terrified to have the work done. It was Saturday, and I wasn't even sure anyone could work on the tooth, and that no one had the time to save it. They helped me relax enough to get through the procedure with no issues and I can keep the tooth, which is the important thing. Amazing work, truly.

Everyone from the receptionists, hygienists, x-ray experts, to the dentist went out of their way to be extremely welcoming. They calmed my nerves about teeth care and answered all my questions about getting my teeth whitened. I am so happy a happened upon this location for dental care. Love the people that work there the secretary @ desk with the dark hair really helped me out .. made everything seem simple. So kind .. and the assistants ,are all so wonderful, make you feel , awesome , it's so nice to go there , Dr. Burrell is a great dentist , I didn't even feel the shot . Or him pulling my tooth, I think he's so good looking maybe that had alot to do with it ...all in all its a great welcoming my kind of people place ,to get my teeth done, its always a good experence. thank you all , for your help and kindness .
