The words that express my experience are kind, caring, Efficient and competent. Each staff member did their jobs well. I was not left alone, to allow my anxiety to increase. Ersula was amazing and she answered questions and made me feel at ease. I really can’t say enough about the customer service. Dr. Eagar puts you in the drivers seat with understanding of your specific problems and then lets you choose the option that feels best for you. My experience with Dr. Eagar and the sweet ladies in the office was more than positive! I need major dental treatments so I was looking for someone who does more than "repairing" my mouth! I needed healing from my past experiences with dentists who had very good reviews, hope that I can have a smile on my face again and teeth to eat like a 'normal person', and finally, I was looking for someone who will not judge and condemn me for how careless I was with my teeth (I lost a lot of them). I had an infection (the cavity reached the bone) and had half of my face swollen. He squeezed me in that afternoon to take a look and had my 1st consultation at the same time, I'm very grateful for that! He walked me through my treatment plan explaining how every teeth will get treated. I like his approach to dental treatment, it is more than putting a band aid, it feels more holistic. I also like that my treatment plan had prices on it so I can be prepared financially. I left the office happy and ready to get to work!

I was very impressed during my visit today. They squeezed me in as soon as possible because of one achy, painful tooth. The assistants were so nice and helpful! Dr. Eager went above and beyond what would normally be expected. He patiently took time to help me understand how he could help me with other mouth/jaw issues I was concerned about. Even addressed other health issues like vitamins, etc. I appreciate so much the care that was given and the extra time he spent. I now have an awesome new dentist! Thank you!
