Messed up my friends appointment. Told her 3:30pm. Called her at 3:02pm telling her she was late. Which made her stress out and have to leave work earlier then PLANNED. Once she arrived, with her appointment card which showed the correct date with the time set for 3:30pm, the receptionist told my friend she did in fact have the time correct, she then had to wait until 3:50pm to be seen! What kind of business is this place. Avois this place. That is TERRIBLE service. Doesn't seem like they value your time, job, or condition and reason for booking with them. Too bad really. We'll see how long they last... 👎
