Beware. Don’t go here. They violate HIPPA practices. Won’t bill your insurance correctly and when you call for information you just get “huh not sure, bye!” All these 5 star reviews are fake because they give a $20 credit if you do it in front of them.

Great experience it was one of the best appointment I have ever had. The hygienist was amazing it was the first time I left feeling amazing and she was very informative. Dentist was very nice and the receptionist was super sweet and nice to talk to. Over all I loved it all and would definitely recommend. I am definitely getting my sister to go to see them.

When Dr. Palmer talked with me I actually understood what he was talking about and they have a huge tv screen in the room so they can show you all your pictures and x-rays.
Their machines are so nice! I have extra bone in my jaw so x rays are usually uncomfortable and take forever but not this time. It was so quick and it didn't bother me at all.
I would recommend this office to anyone 👍

I won't lie, I was worried about the changes when Dr. Vernon retired. I liked the later hours and wider availability when he was still practicing. I put off my dental checkup for a bit because I had heard a few things in the community that had me questioning whether or not to return. I had to go in when my son had severe tooth pain and bit the bullet. I'm really glad I did! Dr. Palmer and his staff were kind and informative. Dr. Palmer had some really amazing high tech gadgets in there and he explains absolutely everything! He was able to diagnose my son's pain and get us in touch with a specialist. Our cleanings were gentle and the staff was efficient. Thanks so much, Gentle Touch Family Dentistry!

I went in today for a cleaning and it was so enjoyable to have Dr Eric Palmer and his wonderful staff care for me. They take their time to make sure that I understand everything about dental care and what is being done for me. I really like this dental practice because they care for me first and I never feel that I am only a paycheck for them. Give them a try 😉 You will not regret letting they take care of your precious teeth.
