It had been a very long time since I had been to the dentist, after having a toothache for over a week I finally gave in and made the call. I found Caitlin Batchelor Dentistry online and decided to give them a try, I called and had an appointment all in the same day. I was very nervous about going to the dentist after so long but the whole team made my visit very comfortable. Dr. Batchelor is very caring along with the rest of her team. All the information I needed know was spelled out very well leaving no question about the next steps I needed to take in improving my dental health. Anyone looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend giving Caitlin Batchelor Dentistry a try, you will not be disappointed.

My initial visit was extremely thorough which allowed them to gain comprehensive knowledge of my dental health. Just wrapped up my first visit with Dr. Bachelor and must say that it was hands down the best experience I've had at a dental office! The entire staff (including the two black labs who happily greeted me in the back-added bonus!) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Tabitha, who performed my cleaning, was upbeat, and checked that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She made what has often been a negative experience for me a complete dream! Dr. Bachelor was thoughtful in her communication with me and made sure to explain things in patient-friendly language. She was considerate of my individual concerns and financial situation, and was thorough in her examination. My experience from beginning to end was excellent!
P.S. if you're not a fan of dogs, the lovely ladies at the front will ask you ahead of time and leave them in a different area, so not to worry! But they're a very happy and friendly pair of pups!

I unfortunately had a minor dental issue over the weekend and after calling loads of dentists Monday morning and being completely overwhelmed by the process I finally called the office of Dr. Batchelor- these ladies make life easier!

Even after having not been to the dentist in two years I did not feel judged or pushed and they were able to kindly and completely take care of problem. Each person I spoke to had a wonderful demeanor and genuinely seemed helpful and knowledgeable, making sure I knew what was going on every step of the way.

Seriously! I didn’t think going to the dentist would ever be something I’d rave about but this place is excellent!

Dr. Batchelor is a 5-star dentist in Harrisonburg! Not only have we found her work to be of the highest quality--and very thorough--but she is so caring and her lovely smile will instantly brighten your day and put you at ease. We highly recommend her practice!

I haven't been to the dentist in years, and I can honestly say that this office and the staff have created the most relaxing atmosphere I've ever experienced at any dentist's office.

They were timely, extremely friendly, answered all of my questions in great detail and gave me a very pleasant office visit, which can be difficult to accomplish in the dental industry.

They do excellent work and they go above and beyond to ensure that their patients are comfortable. I will most definitely be sticking with this office and I highly recommend.

This dentist office was awesome.. I am petrified of dentist plus on top of this I had a toothache that had started Christmas Eve. The dentist I go to was closed so I found Caitlin Batchelor 's office open and they could see me. Ms Batchelor was so gentle and concerned about the pain I was in . She had my tooth out in no time and I didn' t feel it. I would give her a 10+ if I could. They were so kind . She called me the next day to check on me and to see how I was feeling . I'm very grateful for her dedication and service .

I absolutely love this office and all of the staff. Very personable, knowledgable and caring office. I just cant wait for my routine appointments. Been going there a few years now but my first appointment was a broken tooth and they fit me in right away, and I've been hooked ever since then! The dogs are a bonus in my oponion, and it's always nice to see the smiling faces at this office. I highly recommend Dr. Batchelors office!
