Dr. Haueis has been our dentist for 16+ years and has given us great dental care. We love the office staff and hygienists, too. They are thorough, punctual, always kind, and attentive.

Great team! Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Appointment time is when it's your turn, no extended waits in the lobby. Most importantly, the staff is honest, professional, and trustworthy. 👍
I've been going for about 8 years and am very pleased, wouldn't change unless we moved.

I’m extremely disappointed with this practice. Dr. Haueis is one of the best dentists I’ve had. But his front office is extremely incompetent. A crown that Dr. H previously installed for me had to be removed so a root canal could be performed. I informed the front office that my insurance would not cover another crown for the same tooth because it hadn’t been more than 5 years since the last time he put one on. But they assured me after speaking with insurance it was covered. So I paid for everything before the work was done and everything was good. Then a few months later they send a bill stating the insurance wasn’t going to pay it (BIG SURPRISE) and I now had to pay for the entire crown. Blamed it on the insurance but even a novice to insurance would know they’re not going to pay for something they recently paid for. Furthermore extremely poor customer service, they didn’t accept responsibility for their mistake so me and my family of 5 left. Would not recommend them, they will screw you over and not think twice about it. Very untrustworthy in my opinion.

Like the majority of the human race, I viewed dental visits as not exactly excursions to look forward to. So I was pleasantly surprised at the very congenial atmosphere in Short Pump Dental. The receptionist was courteous & friendly. The waiting area was quiet & soothing. I arrived early & I was called early. Nice. The dental hygienist Linda did her job in a patient, kind & courteous manner, keeping the patient's comfort a priority. My dentist Dr Christofakis (Dr C) had the best chairside manner, very gentle, patient & knowledgeable in performing his tasks. The scheduler Anita was friendly & courteous, patiently & knowledgeably explaining the treatment plan & insurance matters. All in all, my excursion to the dentist was pleasant.

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and put me at ease. The skills of the doctor, assistant, and hygienists were readily apparent. They made erupted wisdom tooth extraction, fillings, and deep cleaning seem easy.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is all so friendly and Dr. Christofakis is good at making you feel comfortable whether you're getting a routine cleaning or having a cavity filled. Highly recommended.

Friendly service, great location, family atmosphere. Don’t worry about fillings and crowns. Dr. Haueis is very gentle and numbs you just enough that there is no pain. I couldn’t even feel the needle because he uses a topical solution before he injects the stronger numbing medicine.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this office. The entire team is so nice and so hard working I actually look forward to my dental appointments. Dr. C has my vote for best dentist ever and I just absolutely adore this place.

This is a great practice that I would recommend to anyone. My long time dentist retired and I had trouble finding a dentist that I was happy with until I came here. You can expect top quality care from everyone here and they have a good office vibe as well.
