I can’t say enough good things about this place. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a VERY long time, due to not being able to afford such things and they made me feel so comfortable. I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed with emotions but there was absolutely no judgement and they handled my multiple “meltdowns” with empathy and understanding. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, including the cost and what I was expected to pay the day of. I couldn’t be happier with my choice in attending this practice. The whole staff was so friendly and the receptionist, Shawna, went above and beyond to help with scheduling and calming my nerves while making my appointment. I definitely recommend everyone go here!

Have been going since I was 14. Now 31. Dr. Rai is everything you'd want from a dentist. That being said, his office doesn't have all the high end bells and whistles like other offices - but that stuff is just pricey overhead. Besides, when you visit a dentist - what do you want? Good service! Not a distracting TV in your lap, like the corporately run Neibauer.

Been coming here for years. My wife had terrible anxiety about dentists because of past experiences but thanks to the friendly staff, it's not an issue anymore. Everyone here makes you feel important and are happy to explain and go over everything if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

Sublime... yes I said SUBLIME dental experience. The work is efficient and as gentle as can be and still be dental work. We LOVE the staff. Have I mentioned how amazingly friendly and welcoming the staff is?? Best dentist I've every had - and after more than 20 years in the military, that is a LOT of dentists.

We have been coming to Dr. Rai and his team for over 10 years now. I truly consider them our family dentist, as they have seen our kids grow from young boys to grown men. Dr. Rai and his team are consistently kind and compassionate, from the front office staff to the technicians, to Dr. Rai himself -- not to mention that they are all VERY good at what they do. Dr. Rai has a calming presence and demeanor, which is especially important in interacting with young or apprehensive patients. Give his team a try. You won't regret it!

Elizabeth is a rock star! The best dental hygienist I’ve EVER dealt with. She was super friendly and extremely gentle with my grill. Someone needs to give that woman a raise!

The first thing I want to say about this dentist office is that the dentist is very honest. I had an extraction and a filling done. I was given (price wise) best and worst case scenario. I was charged the best scenario. They could have charged more, but they did not. I really like the beside manner of this dentist and the fact that he makes it fun. This was my first time getting any WORK on my mouth (other than cleanings) and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I found my new dentist and I would 100% recommend this office to anyone!!!
