I can’t say enough good things about this place! I hadn’t been to the dentist in 6 years and was looking for a new place close to home. I tried Dr. Burden’s office, and I couldn’t be happier. It would be an understatement to say that I have extreme dental anxiety, and every single person I came into contact with during my appointment was 100% understanding and made me feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this place for its wonderful level of care and stellar staff!

A steady decline since this private practice sold out to the Smile group. Unable to keep dental hygienists on staff - tells you everything you need to know. They will try every sales pitch they can. I have never had my bill be correct even though I've had the same dental and health insurance for over a decade. The billing department always bills the incorrect amount and send a bill later on. Avoid the smile group at all costs.

Dr. Banks and his staff have been amazing with my all of my dental needs. They are more than accommodating when it comes to rescheduling and working you in for a urgent matter. They take their time explaining your treatment plans and financial aspects of your appointment. I was looking for a local dentist in Williamsburg and I really found a gem. They were able to fit me in right away for two teeth I needed pull due to discomfort and today I’m back for my second appointment for a deep scaling needed. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. My first visit I received a welcome bag and tour of the facility. They definitely work with you and are affordable. I would definitely recommend.
