I have never been treated worse, honestly. I made the appointment yesterday and expressed how anxious I was as I am having severe pain and needed an emergency visit. The person I spoke to at this point was really nice and expressed empathy. When I went in today I was given forms to fill out electronically. A few of them I had never seen before and didn't understand. I skipped those. The woman at the front desk asked me why I had skipped them and I asked if they were necessary. I was very polite. At this point she stated it was fine that I did not sign the forms. She asked me about other areas left blank and some I had left accidentally, and some were left blank b/c I was unsure of the information. An example was the allergies section. I wrote that some antibiotics upset my stomach, however I could not remember the names of them. After completing the forms with the front desk receptionist I was asked to sit down. I was called back a few minutes later and ushered into a small office. This woman asked me why I did not complete the paperwork fully. I stated I was nervous, I had just had some questions about forms I had never seen before, and that I would sign/ fill them out if they were necessary. She stated she had spoke with the doctor and they had decided I wasn't suited to be a patient at this office, and they would not see me. I apologized for any misunderstanding, and again stated I would sign, that I really needed the appointment. At this point I was asked to leave. I was not rude, I never raised my voice or anything. I was completely caught off guard by this. I left the office in tears, still in severe pain, and had to cold call dentists in the area from my car until I could find someone to see me later on today. This was embarrassing, and the most awful experience I have ever had hands down in any medical office. I called my husband to tell him what had happened. My husband called to advocate for me while I was sitting in my car upset, and in tears, to be given my appointment back. We ended up on a 3 way call as I needed to give consent for them to speak to him. He restated that I didn't understand some of the forms, and I would sign them, and I needed the appointment. The woman, who I assume was the one who had just told me to leave, was rude and condescending to him. And reiterated they would not see me. He asked how they could treat patients this way. Her response was that I wasn't yet a patient there as I had not met the doctor. I do not know what else to say. Apparently asking questions and not understanding forms is a cause not to be seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You should be able to ask about what you are signing and why. I would think this would be looked at as being a mature adult. I do not make it a habit to sign paperwork I do not understand. However, I absolutely stated I would sign it if it were required. This was extremely upsetting and I hope sharing this experience helps others, so that no one has to repeat the experience I had today.

I brought my grandfather here to have several broken teeth pulled and dentures made. Dr. Hasham has been nothing but a blessing, so gracious and understanding AND I LOVE HIS ACCENT TOO :-)
Really glad I chose to have his treatment done at this office.

I have been to many different Dental facilities around the states and this is by far the best. They are professional from the phone, desk, assistant, Hygienist, and the Dentist. Thank you for an exceptional dental experience as a patient today.

New Town Dental Arts is FANTASTIC!! From the front desk, to the doctors and the staff, I have never, ever had anything but a great visit. The best professionalism I have ever seen in a dental office. From the very beginning, I have always been treated as if I was their top priority. I have been a patient with Dr. Springmann for 20 years and hope for many more. She cares so much and makes sure that I'm satisfied with everything that's needed. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. There is a new dentist, Dr. Hasham, who I saw once and will definitely see again. He is a great addition to New Town!!!
