Everyone in the office were very nice! From the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist and dentist!! Winnie, the dental hygienist was excellent! Friendly and professional. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and giving me educational tips and information. Dr. Macri was wonderful! Very down to earth!! I highly recommend this office.

Karen (in the back) was absolutely amazing!! She made my experience with the courtesy and politeness of the Dr. amazing. That is one member that you should never let go as she truly loves her job! Karen C. was so open and honest and gave the home vib as if you were talking to family! Great place!

I think I am lucky to find Polifko & Dvorak, and I really appreciate the treatment dentist Kayla Macri gave me for my first visit. I feel so much better with my teeth now! Dentist Kayla Macri made such an effective treatment plan for me and it costs much less than my previous dentist made. I am so glad I made the right decision to transfer to this dentist office. They are supposed to be highly recommended for their wonderful work and best service. Thank you, dentist Kayla Macri and thank all the office stuff in the office !

My son has been a patient since he's gone to the dentist. While he's 17 now, the dentist hasn't always been an easy place for him. He's autistic and has some sensory issues. They've always been patient and have explained everything they're doing and why. He now no longer minds going. He doesn't LOVE going, but he's OK going. :-) It IS, the dentist after all. I highly recommend them.

My son and I went for our first visit today. We both have anxiety issues when it comes to new doctors/dentists. I'm one of those people who go by word of mouth for recommendations and based off of their reviews and our experience, I made a good choice! The receptionist, Karen, was so polite and helpful. Lisa, the hygienist for my son, was very nice and kept me informed with what was going on with him. My hygienist, was also amazing (sadly, I couldn't remember her name 😔). Dr. Suah...loved her! The other staff members were also nice and easy to talk to, even jokingly. Great experience all together and definitely would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much!

I recently had deep cleaning of my teeth and it was not nearly as unpleasant as I had prepared for. Winnie was personable and understanding of my anxiety and made the experience "not bad". Dr. Polifko is a very caring and easy going with his patients. He explained each step of fitting me with a crown. His assistant, Karen is very knowledgeable and they both work together. The check in and check out process was quick and both ladies are professional. Definitely worth your time to visit their office as they know how to treat their patients as valuable customers.
