Dr. Tyler Rumple has great and gentle hand skills along with great people skills and an amazing staff. He extracted the roots out of my two front teeth that had broken off. He delivers Xylocaine in a super slow and steady way so that all I felt was the initial sting; it's almost enjoyable to be treated by a superior dentist like Dr. Rumple. Believe me, I've had experiences with noncaring dentists who just stab the needle in and plunge the liquid in no matter how much it hurts me. Even though I was numbed up, it was still possible for me to feel that Dr. Rumple still worked gently and carefully to remove the two roots. After the anesthesia had worn off, I had no pain whatsovever despite the 90 minute operation that also included packing in bone grafts for future implants! Having sent many dentists' kids to college, I know that the rougher a dentist works while you're under anesthesia, the greater the pain afterwards. I have only the highest respect and regard for Dr. Rumple's exquisite skills. Kudos!
