Brookside Dental

I started going to Dr. Brian Cave here after I relocated to the area. I neglected going to the dentist for 4 years prior. I have now been going to Brookside for 3+ years and I am very satisfied with the results. They are reasonable with treatment plans, great with insurance companies, have a very relaxing office which is literally "brookside" with nice amenities like televisions facing down on the extended treatment chairs. I have nothing but good things to say - the staff treats you like family! I have recommended several friends and family :-)

Absolutely awesome and caring staff and by far the BEST DENTIST EVER! They really make you feel welcome. I have been going to Dr. Cindy for about 15 years and she is always thourough when explaining procedures, answering questions and you will not find a more professional and caring dentist. I have had crowns and cavities filled over the years along with cleanings and never once have I had a negative experience with this office. You will love the excellent and individualized care you will get. The dentristy equipment has always been above my expectations of what a modern technology savvy office should have. I never worry that I'm not getting the best possible care.

I have been a patient at Brookside for over 20 years and can't think of a single complaint. My parents started taking me here as a child, and now that I am an adult I drive all the way over from Seattle because I appreciate the service and professionalism that they provide. Their office is always very tidy and quiet, and the service is second to none. I recommend Brookside to anyone of any age.

Dr Pauley has been my dentist for more than 15 years. She and her staff at Brookside are all fantastic. They care deeply for their patients, and this shows in the quality of their work.

It is hard to believe that someone could "love" going to the dentist, but the staff at Brookside dental have been caring for my family's teeth for 25+ years now. I've been a patient of initially Dr. Pauley (the mom, now retired) and now Dr Cave for many years (6? 7? not sure anymore) after a bad experience with a dentist that just saw my teeth as a way to make more money ("I think it's better to take your wisdom teeth out even though they are OK, you don't need them and it will avoid any issue later").

I love Brookside Dental. They are just great.

They are super friendly, pro, explain the why and what in details, have modern equipment and never ever push for a treatment unless it is needed.

Their pricing are clear (though slightly over what MSFT premera covers for instance for bi-yearly cleaning) and they are really good at both being on time and helping you accomodate when your adenda changes (even if they are very booked, they seemed to always fairly quickly find a spot when needed).

In short: they're great and they can make visits as pleasant as dentist visits can be.

We got excellent service here. My 7 y.o. who's never been to an "adult" dentistry before was totally comfortable. I got a full consultation on my dental problems and was offered solutions which no doctor offered before (I'm 39 and always have had dental issues and asked questions) . The worst thing about this dentistry is that it's not in my network. So at some point I had to start looking for a more affordable option. I do recommend this dentistry for families and for those who're trying to figure out the best solution for their dental issues. Your questions will be answered.

I've been going here for 20 years. This is a great family run business. Everyine there dentists, hygienists, assistants, and office administration are professional and passionate about what they do. Dr. Cindy is an artist when it comes to matching fillings and performing cosmetic work. Her fillings are so good the hygienists couldn't tell I had a filling. The entire staff also has great chair side manner. I am very difficult to numb and they take the time to do the right things to ensure I'm comfortable. I also love the high tech gadgets they've added like the new VR glasses for watching movies during procedures to make the procedure go quickly!

Brookside Dental has provided me with EXCELLENT dental care for over two decades. Not only are the doctors professional and personable, the entire staff is as well. I greatly appreciate them all!

I became a patient at Brookside Dental in 97 when I first moved to the area and worked in Redmond. Almost 18 years later, I still have never gone to a different dentist, despite the fact that I have LONG ago moved to Seattle. The twice-yearly trip over to the Eastside is a small price to pay for such excellent care. While growing up, I frequently had cavities and problems with my teeth, and while some dentists were less bad than others, toothaches seemed to be my lot in life. Ever since getting treatment here, a weight was lifted from my shoulders. A root canal, an extraction, a few crowns and fillings later, and the pain that so often visited me became a distant memory. The work Dr. Cindy did has held up incredibly well, and I am so grateful for the care I received. Every treatment I received was as painless and quick as possible, while also extremely well executed. I also appreciate that any "upsell" of additional services, such as whitening or braces, was only ever low-key and a "No, thanks" is respected and left at that.
