My son had a tooth needed to be filled. I thought it would take an hour according to our past experience with other dentist. My son was quite worried at first. After we finished, we realized it only took 18 minutes from the time we stepped in the treatment room to when we walked towards our car. And my son said he didn’t feel much pain during the process. Dr. Hsu truly was very skillful.

My son Leo was under general anesthesia they fixed everything within an hour he’s smile is so beautiful now and he recovered so fast no major pain after that means they do their work with caring hearts 😍

This is the best dentist I have found for my kids. We have been to quite a few in five yrs and this one is the best. They are never in a rush to get you in and out. They work effectively to get through my four kids while also making them feel at ease. Everyone who works there are helpful and sweet. They always have a smile on their faces. They always take the time to answer any questions I have. Highly recommend

I had just a horrible experience with Anne. My son come in for an exam on Sept 10th. After she said that she will send me an email to detail his total dental health because he will need extensive work. TWO WEEKS later...I called on Sept 21st and she gave me an excuse that they are busy and under staffed. My inter thought was 'I don't care' yet she seem unapologetic for the delay. She seemed annoyed that I expressed my disappointment in her excessive delay. Her handle of this situation told me everything I needed to know about her care level for my son and his dental health. I told her that I was firing her and the practice for our family's dental care. I then went to Must Love Kids and they got me in on Monday and my son had dental surgery on Wed. Anne...That's how it should work. If you are the 'Office Manager' and you don't know how to handle a disappointed father's expression over the phone properly, then you should not be the leader of any office. Too bad for the doc's bottom line because we have two additional kids and the total cost for my son's treatment was upwards of $3000. Your loss...

The reason that I switched dentists is because my normal dentist made his own practice across town from the old one he worked at, Gentle Dental. Storybook is an amazing dentist for kids and families. A super fun place to go if you have hesitant children. The workers are nice and gentle. If more than just a checkup, they turn on a movie to watch. The full out form is to the point and then has fun trivial questions like 'who is your favorite movie/storybook character?' Definitely would recommend it for families😊

The dentist is very good with our boys and answering all questions. Staff is always friendly. They are pretty good with sticky to scheduled time. Our children like going here... So many things to do while waiting!
