I have been going to this office for years before Dr. Walker took over and loved the personal family like staff and doctors. I feel the same now. Recently I had a new crown put on, it was a difficult tooth (furthest back) and after a week the bite just wasn’t right. I called and they fit me in to see someone right away. Anytime I have a concern they are quick to help me out and make sure I’m happy with the work.

Been with Meridian Dental for 10 years now. Though it was taken over by other dentists from the Edgar dentistry, still the same staff, still giving excellent service. The new dentists ( Dr. Walter and Dr. Lyndsey ), are at par with Drs Edgar, whom we have loved over the years. Though this office is out of our network with our insurance , our family remains with them for the fantastic job and care for our dental needs. Good job Meridian Dental staff!

Dr. Walker and his staff are magnificent. I had his assistant named Donna who was the most caring, friendly person ever. I’ll say 6 out of 5 stars for her.... it’s nice feeling comfortable in a dental office !!!

Walked in with tooth pain, walked out with no answer regarding the pain, but instead a several thousand dollar treatment plan... staff tried to upsell me WHILE I’m sitting in the dental chair getting a cleaning (a little unprofessional, possibly?). The staff also tried scheduling me for cleanings every 4 months, and their missed-appointment policy states charges of $50 PER HALF HOUR of the appointment you were scheduled! I gave more than 24 hours notice and was almost charged anyway. All of these used-car salesman tactics, yet the equipment in the lab is still turn of the century (you know, the old cream-white you see on old desktops and monitors). Someone is lining their pockets here, and I’m guessing it’s the same people who have the GTR and Mercedes parked in the lot. Don’t waste your time with this racquet.

Being a client since 1982 and always had Dr Edgar for my dentist, his retiring meant moving forward with Dr Walker. Except for Dr Walker being right handed and sitting to my right, my root canal went without incident and painless. I liked that he would ask, every once in a while, how I was doing. I look for to his care to my dental needs as well as my wife.

Been coming here since my parents started taking me to the dentist as a kid. Now I am post-grad working and living in Seattle, and I still use Meridian Federal Way for dental care. The staff here are all very friendly, professional, and helpful. It is well worth the 30 Mile drive!

I’ve been coming to Meridian Dental since 1990. The staff here are top notch. They are very welcoming and will bend over backwards to accommodate you. The doctors and hygienists are very knowledgeable and have a way to make you feel at ease I highly recommend Meridian Dental for all of your dental needs.
