I liked meeting my new dentist, Dr Gore, today. I was only there for my regular teeth cleaning but he made a point of coming and chatting with me and letting me know he was up to speed on my dental history. The office is comfortable and the staff are awesome. I feel in very good hands using their service.

I have been to two different dentists in the last two years who left me frustrated or disappointed so I searched Google for a new one closer to home and found Mountain Loop. I had my appointment today and I was so impressed!! They were kind, asked questions that I've never had a dentist ask, they have tech that I haven't seen before, explained everything as we went, got to know me, and didn't shame me for things like not flossing daily like every other dentist. My boyfriend had the same experience that I did as well! This place is awesome and I'm so glad I finally found a wonderful dentist.

During my routine cleaning, my hygienist discovered a tooth that needed attention. Dr. Gore confirmed the presence of decay; we discussed the best options for treatment and I was promptly scheduled. Yesterday I had the prep work for a crown taken care of. The staff is caring, considerate and professional. Dr. Gore is thorough and meticulous. I am very pleased with the dental care I’ve received from him and everyone on staff.

I have been with this dental office for as long as I can remember. Even after their recent change of staff, they have continued to be incredibly professional, and they take their kindness to a personal level. When I recently missed my very first appointment ever, they called me, and the first thing they did was ask if I was okay as I had NEVER missed an appointment. You don't get that kind of care from any old business. I could not imagine having my teeth taken care of anywhere else.

I’ve never had a more positive and friendly experience at the dentist. I’ve been a patient for a few years now, and I finally don’t dread coming to the dentist. I feel like the hygienist, dentist and front desk personnel really take the time to listen to me and have my best interest in mind always. We’ve been patients at this office for more than 32 years.
Susan, office manager, was very helpful explaining our insurance coverage as well as accommodating us with a payment plan.
Britney, my hygienist, was personable and thorough in cleaning my teeth, taking X-rays and discussing a couple possible problem areas.
Dr. Gore was supportive in my decisions to take a “pass” on a couple recommendations, for now. I felt comfortable and not pressured.

I was excited to try this local place once I moved to town, as it was very convenient. The dental assistant who did the cleaning was very kind and professional, but the doctor made me feel very bad about my teeth. He quoted me work costing $6,000 with multiple crowns and root canals. He even remarked how he hoped I had good insurance to pay for it all. I was deviated since I take good care of my teeth. I went to seek a second opinion at a other office, and they said I needed NO crowns or root canals, just fillings which were free. Needless to say I won't be back.

I can't say enough about this dental practice. I have always been treated as part of my treatment team along with the staff and doctor.
On a recent visit I found out about the change in ownership and was slightly concerned. But it is still the best dental practice.
I need to have a procedure, requiring oral surgery, that had me concerned, but they took the time to fully explain, call the specialist's office to make sure I was scheduled and made sure it will be a good experience.
Highly recommend this practice.
