Lakeside Dental is TOP NOTCH... Period. Clean, courteous, professional, and efficient are among the first words that come to mind, but it was the child-friendly team that made my 4yr old son, E, feel more comfortable than any other dentist we've been to. Jen was amazing with E and was able coach him through x-rays, counting teeth, cleaning and polishing with no tears! Dr. Garret completed the exam with ease and a smile that shined through the mask :-) Ethan's 30 minute visit ended with a toy guitar he picked from the prize basket that he hasn't let out of his site since we left. We're so thankful to have found Lakeside Dental and HIGHLY recommend them to any family looking!

This Dental Clinic was amazing! They are so friendly and fun. They really aim to please! Dr. Rob was fantastic!! They will be a great addition to the Spokane Valley. I have never had such a wonderful dental clinic experience!

Best dental team out there!! These guys are rock stars!! I came to find lakeside dental after having a horrible experience with another dental office in the area. Lakeside was more than accommodating to my specific needs. Knowing I wanted to get all my dental work done ASAP for a kidney pancreas transplant, they were able to get me scheduled for not only my new patient consult, but a cleaning and have all my cavities taken care of the same day!! Unheard of right. That’s what I thought. Once again I can not describe the genuine care I got from every employee here, you defiantly have a patient/customer for life.

If I could give them more stars I would!! I had an awful experience with dentist when I was a child, because of that, I have not been to a dentist since! I put off going in, and finally made the appointment. I let them know up front that I had severe anxiety. EVERYONE, from the front desk gal, to the dental assistant, to the dentist himself, were incredible! They were understanding of my anxiety, they were respectful of my fears! Dr. Rob explained everything to me! I go back at a later date for my procedure. I can't say I won't have anxiety over it, but I do know they will do everything to make me feel comfortable for it!! I will recommend everyone to them!

After receiving some unfriendly treatment at a different dental office, I was pleased to receive care at Lakeside Dental that helped me in my individual situation with the accommodations that I was hoping for. Not only that, but even though I was a brand-new patient, they found room in their schedule to see me much sooner than I expected.

I have severe dental anxiety. I called ahead of time to ensure I would be able to get nitrous oxide for the entire procedure. Then when I sit in the chair the dental assistant makes a big deal about the fact that I need it. Basically stating that it would take longer to set up than the procedure itself. If I could sit through it I would 5 mins or 5 hours but I can’t. So as I’m in tears because I feel horrible about the fact im a huge baby at the dentist. I fought the urge to get up. Finally she sees my tears and decides that she would now not want to talk me out of it. So she goes and gets it. Everything is going great then half way through she shuts it off and it like ok he just needs to finish now. Ummm lady I cannot handle hearing my teeth grinded down. She shuts it off and I continue to shake uncontrollably for the remainder of the procedure about 10-15 mins. I call to complain and the lady on the phone is chuckling at me. Seriously. She didn’t take me seriously at all.
If you have dental anxiety this is not the place for you and, it’s not your fault.
