I have had bad experiences getting teeth pulled. I was a new patient here and they got me in fast. The staff was very polite and kind. The dentist was awesome. He made me feel relaxed and at ease. They were thorough and i have never had a tooth pulled so quickly and painlessly. Very good experience and would highly recommend this place.

Best dentist in town. I was told im better off getting all my teeth removed by a few other dentist in town and that i just need dentures. A few that did quote me told me it was gana cost upward of 30K to fix my teeth. In total (mind you i have decent insurance) i was quoted around 3K and today was the last thing i needed done, it did only cost me around 3K for a FULL restoration of my teeth and my confidence to smile back. Hadley is super nice, honest, and knows what he is doing! He is also super gentle with everything he does and makes the experience of going to the dentist not as bad (also the only dentist that has actually been able to numb me all the way). The team is super friendly and willing to help and work with you unlike some places that are only call you for your payment.

Very friendly, personable, and professional front office staff. I was informed of any charges I was going to incur since I was a self pay patient. They gave me choices and let me discuss them with my husband. Dr. Hadley was empathetic and calming, even humming as he worked. I would recommend him highly to anyone as a dentist. I never had such a good dental experience!!!!

Dr Hadley and his staff are very professional and friendly. Leslie is my hygienist. She has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable in her profession. She's one of the few hygienist that have cleaned my teeth with causing any pain.

Dr. Hadley is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate and personable. He cares for your teeth like they're his own. His staff is the best you'd hope to find anywhere. They've been with him forever. My late partner was a patient of Dr. Hadley's and worked as a dental tech for a Rear Admiral with the Navy/Marines. He knew a good dentist when he saw one. I'm convinced Dr. Hadley and his staff are the best dental professionals in the greater Tri-Cities area.

Dr. Hadley is such a great dentist, also warm and caring. The secretaries are fun and caring but don't let that fool you, they are very competent and thorough and really take good care of us. Last but not least by far, are the dental hygienists, they are awesome! I love mine, but they are all excellent. Dr. Hadley has very high standards for his staff, in order to provide excellent care!
