My husband Louis uses my e mail address, so this review is under Jacqueline. His experience has not been good. When his new parcel plate split he was told it was supposed to be made that way. No, the split happened after he had gone back in because it wasn't fitting well & they tried to "adjust" it by "shaving" some off! He was then told he'd have to pay over five hundred dollars for another one....he replied "no"
He was told they would try to send it back. Maker said it was under warranty. He had to return for a new expression, after a time was called that new one was in...& it wasn't, but needed to return 2 more times for impressions & is now still waiting for replacement!!!

Another routine dental visit that went well. Dr Najar, hygienist Haley, receptionist April are outstanding along with other friendly & helpful staff that help make your visit goes swimmingly. Kudos to All !!!
