Perry family dentistry is amazing they have gone above and beyond. Their customer service is top notch. Dr Perry have an in side lab to make is own crowns so no waiting days or weeks to have a temporary crown then to come back for a second time everything is in office. Great staff from reception to dental techs to the dentists themselves. They also work with the va dental with grace and precision until they have all the authorizations to begin. Highly recommend.

I've had my teeth cleaned by all the hygienists and all are great. All are very skilled and do a great job making sure you're comfortable during the cleaning. Dr. Perry is quick to fix any issues and answer questions in a manner that someone who's not trained in dentistry can understand. I appreciate his personal phone calls to make sure you don't have any questions and see how you're feeling after an appointment with him.

Nice office, I was seen right at my appointment time. Carlos was gentle and efficient with the sonic cleaning tool. Dr. Perry gave me treatment options for a filling that needs to be replaced, no pressure sales just facts about my teeth.
I’ve been coming here for years and I am very happy with the treatments I’ve had, and the interactions with the staff.

Yesterday they were able to give me a "smile test drive" so I can see what id look like with a brand new smile. Fantastic folks. First time there my wife scheduled both of us for same time as it's a drive from Bellingham. Got there and found out they were trying to contact me and reschedule due to my hygienist calling in sick that day. Snafu with my number being wrong so we showed up and had no idea. They found a way to make room for me (I think someone skipped their lunch) because we drove together. Data entry errors just happen so wrong number is no big deal, but putting in the extra effort to make up for it went a long way. Rachel was great and we did half of a deep cleaning that session. Just went back last week for the other half and I have been very satisfied with their courtesy, professionalism, quality, and their dental plan. We don't have insurance and pay cash so well worth our money. Also a lot more affordable and generally available than Bellingham dentists.

I had a 2 o'clock appointment today, which being a new customer I showed up 15 minutes early for the paperwork. At ten after 2 somebody showed up to the front desk and asked me if I was their 2 o'clock appointment. I said yes I've been here since a 1:45. She said we take lunch at 1, handed me some paperwork and said Carlos will be with you momentarily. Carlos shows up 10 minutes later. After working with Carlos for about an hour, which I must say I would give Carlos an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10, he was pleasantly direct. I liked that. He leaves the room (for what seems to be about 10 minutes), comes back and says, Dr. Perry will be with you "shortly". 10 minutes later Dr. Perry shows up and fills the room with his ego. So arrogant he's not even wearing a mask. When I put my mask on he asked me to leave. I waste of 2 hours that I can never get back. I should send them a bill. Again I ask him for reason for this treatment and he just walks out of room, leaving the stench of his arrogance in his wake. As i walked out I said thank you to Carlos. I better not be charged for this appointment. My wife and grandkids experience was different other than she felt he was trying to upsell her on some implants that she didn't need. In closing I would advise you to avoid this dentist at all cost!
