Dr. Ra is literally the best dentist in I've ever had. I travel all the way from Seattle to see her regularly ever since she moved from Ballard. The team here is super friendly, professional, and just amazing at making you feel at ease when people are shoving tools in your mouth. I recommend Dr. Ra and her team to everyone.

Fantastic! My kids and I came in today and we love them. Our insurance changed years ago and we lost our family dentist. We’re so glad to have found they are covered in our insurance. Dr. Pieratos was great! We discussed some of my dental concerns and she made recommendations. During my visit, she was good at walking me through every step of what was being evaluated in my mouth. It is noteworthy that I felt welcome and the staff was willing to answer questions. The facility is clean and their technology is pretty advanced.
I was also very pleased with Dr. Ra. My husband was referred to a gum specialist at a different dental office. We were dissatisfied with that office’s approach in canceling my husband’s already confirmed appointment without an attempt to accommodate his work schedule, provided they were the ones attempting to reschedule. I expressed my discontent to the staff at Dentists of Mukilteo and Dr. Ra personally called me to refer me to another office and indicated she had addressed the poor treatment we received with that office.
I am a millennial in my mid 30s — I personally like giving my business to those who take care of me not only in being competent in their profession or trade, but in being kind. I recommend the Dentists of Mukilteo.

Dr. Pieratos, Alexa and the front office gals have made my experience better than I've ever had. I've had quite a few negative experiences at other places. The ladies are gentle and personable and extremely efficient.. I had none of the anxiety symptoms that I usually experience (except for time of payment, haha) and I know this is the Dentists office that I'll return to from now on.

Such a good experience over all, I was surprised when they sent a staff member to sit with me in the room and break down the cost, as well as payment plans/insure coverage. That was very helpful!

They had an appointment opening very quickly and got me set up swiftly. But I sort of felt uneasy with this place but decides to give it a shot with all the 5 star reviews on the internet.
First red flag: They called 2 hours before my first appointment here to see if I could come in earlier and I said I could get there 30 mins earlier and they said sure.
Second red flag: Similar to some reviews on here, the dentists kind of feel like car salesmen, trying to get you get all kinds of services that most other dentists wouldn’t recommend. I don’t think I really needed some of the treatments but hey, trust the doctor right? They didn’t explain why I needed a mouth guard but I could’ve asked I guess.
Third red flag: After offering me a bunch of services, the reception came in quickly to explain the costs. This was around 5:15. They asked if I wanted to do it all in one day or reschedule some treatments for another time, and said all of it should take an hour. I said sure, I’ll do it all today.
Fourth Red Flag: I waited till around 5:55 and only the doctor came in to check on me once at around 5:30 and told me they’ll be coming in soon to start the services. Honestly 45 minutes waiting around was a bit too long for me, especially if I had an appointment scheduled too.
Perhaps this dentistry is for some folks but it wasn’t the right fit for me and gave me a bad gut feeling. Appreciate the xray services done today though.
