Save yourself stress, money, and time and go somewhere else.
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: Unprofessional and dishonest staff and policies
The staff didn't inform me that I should have paid just half of the bill I actually paid (~$400)
When I learned about it (from my orthodontist) I try to get refunded for that. The only thing I received back where many sorrys and the nonsense excuse about the staff not being properly trained and that probably forgot to do things right. Why do I have to pay for their mistakes? Who knows.
In addition, after my last appointment last year. My treated tooth was sensitive to the cold. When I asked for a new appointment for rectifying the issue. I was asked to pay again meaning that the work was not guaranteed. Complete dishonesty.
I suggest chosing another dental office. I waisted my time and health trying to get a solution from them.

The dentist and hygienist are good but the automated system and customer service suck. Got told I canceled an appointment for a day that I absolutely did not cancel and had the proof on my phone. Instead of squeezing me in just basically got told tough luck and to re schedule. Pretty annoying.

My dentist John is one of the best dentists I've ever had. Hes very friendly and just wants to help you. All the other staff are also very friendly and professional from the dental hygienists to the dentist assistants. Always a great experience after each visit, and never dread coming here. Thank you

Worthless. Had my son and I scheduled for a back to back cleaning several months out. His appt was confirmed via text 2 days before but not mine. When I called in the next day, told that my appt was cancelled with no notice, and his was actually going to be cancelled as well--even though we'd just confirmed. Couldn't fit me in again until 3 months later, even though I'd scheduled months out. No willingness to fix their mistakes, didn't care that we were going to head to another dentist. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

Dr. Harrington was great her assistants were phenomenal, Victoria at the front desk was so helpful and easy to work with. I had been having issues with my insurance so she pulled it up to make sure the issues were resolved before I even got taken back. I went back and Stacia was my hygienist and she was amazing and very professional. If I wasn’t moving to a different state in May they would be my dentists for life.

Unify Family Dental is amazing. The work they do is done well and the staff are all really kind. I have had anxiety about doctors, dentists, etc. As long as I can remember and on only my second visit in I was already comfortable with the environment. The second I walked in the door I was nervous, but I was met with great receptionists Elizabeth, and Chana and although they were unaware of my anxiety they were still welcoming, and polite. Stacia the nurse who worked on my teeth did an amazing job going above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and not only did she do that, but she also did amazing work on my teeth. I don't ever do any reviews and this is my first for anything, but the staff at unify definitely deserve it as they have done nothing but provide excellent service

They did some treatment to our kid without explaining anything to us about the cost. To our surprise, we were told we have an unexpected big bill. We called them to ask what happened and their behavior was astonishing. It was the worst interaction I ever had with any staff and managers in my entire life. They kept saying that it is not their responsibility to check if the insurance covers a treatment. In my experience, All providers I have interacted with in my life always check with the insurance in advance and if they are not sure about the coverage, they politely ask me to call my insurance.
I have been in countless medical offices in my life and never had such an unpleasant interaction with a supervisor/manager.

Never have I been to a place so unprofessional. Dr. Herring is one of worst dentist I have ever met in in my 34 years of existence. She continuously insisted that I have my teeth cleaned even though I just wanted 1 cavity fixed. She has major power control issues and after reading all of the negative reviews I now know why. She used entirely way too much anesthetic on me. And she proceeded to work on the wrong tooth before her assistant informed her that she was about work on number 15 instead of 14. She then told me I was going to have my filler refilled although I was only there for a simple cavity. Me and my mother then called the staff back to complain and she and the staff rudely interrupted several times and lied about what teeth they were going to work on... it has all been documented and we are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Very unprofessional for adults in such positions of authority to be blatantly lying.

I read the reviews before coming here and I was definitely a little guarded. We’ve been here a few times now and the children and I have received nothing but the best of care.
