Johns Family and Implant Dentistry

I love this dentist office, every one is so sweet and caring. I won't go anywhere else! They don't accept my dental insurance and I still won't leave I just pay out of pocket. If you have severe anxiety going to the dentist like I do, this is the place for you.

Very professional and pleasant staff. My wait time was about 5 minutes. I had a good primary exam and the dentist was very helpful and answered all my questions and advised future treatments, if needed.

I only got far enough to attempt to contact their customer service, so please keep that in mind if you're only interested in their dental work. I reached out via chat with them to make a simple inquiry before arranging an appointment: "This is my insurance network type. Is your practice in my network?"

The person responding gave me a generic copy/pasted response that didn't answer my question, tried to schedule an appointment while ignoring my inquiry, insisted on a phone call (that I never got) when I asked for this information in writing, and finished the chat by saying someone from the practice would reach out to me. When I asked for a rough estimate on time frame, she refused to give me one other than "soon". This was two business days ago.

I still don't have an answer for my question. Nobody ever reached out to me.

It's always a great experience at Johns Family Dentist and Nicole always does a great job. I never doubt they care and will always look out for my best interests when it comes to determining if additional treatment is needed. My kids even love coming to their appointments. You can't beat a dentist office the whole family loves to visit.

I had a very enjoyable visit to Johns Family Dentistry to have my teeth cleaned. Over the years I have lived in many states and had many family dentists. I would rate Dr. Johns at the very top. His dental staff is very professional and friendly. I have also been very impressed that they have the latest equipment which they use to provide outstanding dental care.

It should mean something (positive) if my husband and I both go for our cleanings and dental work as scheduled. Doctor John's is great, easy to talk to. And the hygienists and office teams are wonderful. We've been going to Dr. Johns for years.

Love this place! The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable! Love the people and how they go above and beyond to make you feel like your family. Used to be so nervous about the dentist and now I look forward to my visits! So glad I found such a great dentist.

I have been a patient at John's Family Dentistry for several years and have been extremely satisfied with the level of care and the patient, caring attitude of all the staff to include the actual dental work as well as scheduling and insurance. In addition to routine care, Dr. John's has accommodated me on several occasions that I needed urgent care. In spite of a full schedule on each of these days he was able to make room for me and take care of the problem.

The professionalism and courtesy of the staff was simply amazing! It was a very comfortable streamlined experience. Will definitely be going back for all cosmetic needs.

The staff at Johns Family Dentistry are very knowledgeable and stay on top of it all. They keep you informed through the entire process. I've been to some good dentists in my time, but this one might be the best.
