Went in here for a problem with sensitive tooth.
The Doctor had no idea of what he was doing.
He performed a cold test on my crown instead of the real tooth. The nurse pointed this out and he laughed it off. He was insensitive to what I was telling him.
They also charged me a COVID fee, which I had to pay out of pocket. When I contacted my insurance company, they told me that my visit was fully covered and I didn't have to pay anything. They charged me this fee twice and when I contacted them regarding this, they refused to accept their mistake, but, when I persisted they told me they will send a check. But I have not yet received anything.
They also told me to schedule cleaning because my insurance covers it.
My mouth is anyways clean why would I come back in this COVID situation because my insurance covers it?
I would only go here if you want some cleaning done. For any advanced problems I would look to other doctors. They must also make sure their billing is clean.

One of the best dentist I've ever met. Dr. Tony is very friendly and also very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and explained everything in layman's term so that I could understand the complicated procedures. And the staff there (Kris and Gretchen) was super friendly and fun to be with. Thank you for everything!

The dentist has to be good for someone to travel from Bellevue to Novelty Hill, right? Yup, right. I've known Dr. Tony for years and I continue to travel for his care because he does great work, always sets me at ease and never makes me feel like I'm getting treatment that is more in his interest than mine. That hasn't been the case with other dentists I've seen in the past. So I continue to make the trek...to be greeted by the friendly staff, enjoy the comfortable setting and get great care from someone who truly cares!
